Not satisfied One of the first things I told the sales person was that I did not want a car payment that was $400 or more. I came out with a $415 car payment. I w One of the first things I told the sales person was that I did not want a car payment that was $400 or more. I came out with a $415 car payment. I was never told about the warranty that the car came with for free, but instead I felt pressured into buying the separate warranty that ended up costing me several thousand dollars when I could have simply kept the one that the car came with. I later found out that I was actually charged more than the cars original MSRP, but when I called back to ask Brian about it he acted as if he had no idea what the MSRP was. I felt like I was stuck with a car that I had paid entirely too much for, and to make matters worse the car broke down on me 3 days later and I had to call Kia Road Side Assistance to pick it up. The car is a 2015 Optima with only 300 miles on it so the fact that the gas pedal and brake pedal began to malfunction after a few short days of having the car is a bit ridiculous. When I talked to Brian about possibly getting a refund or exchange he said that there was nothing he could do. I called and left him a voicemail to talk to him about the car breaking down on me and he never returned my voicemail. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
