I was never told about the warranty that the car came with for free, but instead I felt pressured into buying the separate warranty that ended up costing me several thousand dollars when I could have simply kept the one that the car came with. I later found out that I was actually charged more than the cars original MSRP, but when I called back to ask Brian about it he acted as if he had no idea what the MSRP was. I felt like I was stuck with a car that I had paid entirely too much for, and to make matters worse the car broke down on me 3 days later and I had to call Kia Road Side Assistance to pick it up. The car is a 2015 Optima with only 300 miles on it so the fact that the gas pedal and brake pedal began to malfunction after a few short days of having the car is a bit ridiculous. When I talked to Brian about possibly getting a refund or exchange he said that there was nothing he could do. I called and left him a voicemail to talk to him about the car breaking down on me and he never returned my voicemail. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More

not happy at all i'm not one to normally write a bad review on the internet for a company but here i am. i'm in management and i understand things happen and i know al i'm not one to normally write a bad review on the internet for a company but here i am. i'm in management and i understand things happen and i know all about complaints. none the less i'm taking time out of my day for this. my wife has wanted a brand new car so she went to south blvd kia, she told her sales person (john dew, sorry john for calling you out.) that her payment couldnt be any higher than 300 a month. (sounds reasonable right?) after picking out a kia soul (she was very excited, and we love the car.) he says the payments would be 329 a month well thats not 300. well once you pay off your other car you can refinance after your first 30 day payment. ok so 329 for 1 month then we refinance sounds ok to me. so here we are time to refinance "hey john lets do this." umm oh you have to wait 18 months or you can go through your own bank. wait what? this is not what we were told. okie dokie lets talk to your boss. and the explanation from the supervisor " oh johns still new... lack of training" look kia this is a thousands of dollars. lack of training is an explanation for pickles on a burger. NEXT TIME TRY THIS *** " oh well mrs. blah blah, please bring in the paper work and we will sit down with our finance dept. and get this situation handled. i'm terribly sorry for the trouble. john is still new and will have to be retrained in these matters."*** More
