They were efficient and worked with me even though i did not have the greatest credit around. I did my research online before test driving the Kia Soul. I chose Folger Kia South because it was close to where I worked. Adam was the person that I spoke with during my phone call. He was so friendly, patient and courteous. He was knowledgeable and was patient with me while I asked him several questions. From that first moment, I knew that we were going to have a great experience with this dealership. Adam gave me his cell phone number (very personable) and asked me to call him back once I talked with my husband to set up a time to come and look at the Optima. We were running late to our appointment and when I called Adam to let him know, he was still pleasant and friendly. When we arrived, he showed us exactly what we wanted to look at. Everyone at the dealership were very nice and courteous. We decided to go with the Optima AND the Kia Soul. We love both cars and were educated on all of their features.
