I am giving the rating because I want to thank Folger for taking care of my problem in such a professional and caring way. I had a power steering pump to go out and I was a good ways from South Boulevard. taking care of my problem in such a professional and caring way. I made it and when I got there if I had turned the wheel or whatever the pulley that held the belt for the power steering would have come off. They said they had never seen anything like that before. Long story short I got there around 3:l5. The accessed the problem, talked to Kevin about a loaner and I was on my way by 3:45. They always care and treat like a queen. I got my car back the next day. They also got me a rebuilt pump that save me a lot of money. I am a young senior citizen but still need all the help I can get. I call Bill Morgan all the time if I have a problem and he says bring it in we'll take care of it. Steve Kinslow is also great. He used to be our service writer long ago.
