Our car had a lot of issues and he really Started looking for a vehicle and someone told me about Chris Burdette at Dutch Miller in South Charleston. Our car had a lot of issues and he really above and beyond to work with us so we could get a decent trade in value for it. He always responded quickly and answered all the questions we had. He found us a car that not only we could afford but would really work well for us too. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly. No sooner did we get out of the car there was somewhere there to greet us and have us come inside so we were out of the heat and offer us something to drink and the restroom while we waited. Our son wasn’t with us at the time but they had a little room with toys and a little tv for any kids that did come. There wasn’t much waiting around after deciding on the car and everything and still yet they always apologized for the wait. They were very personable and professional at the same time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle we would highly recommend Dutch Miller in South Charleston and be sure to ask for Chris Burdette. Disappointed May of 2016 I traded my 2006 Honda Pilot for a 2013 Subaru Outback. I wish I had listened to my gut. First of all the money paid for my trade was a May of 2016 I traded my 2006 Honda Pilot for a 2013 Subaru Outback. I wish I had listened to my gut. First of all the money paid for my trade was a low ball deal. Then the finance guy kept trying to push an additional warranty on me that would have changed my payment nearly 60 bucks... then this Outback had bald tires but a bran new state inspection sticker. Then the car indeed turned out to be a lemon using 4 quarts of oil between changes... I like the commercials but not the dealership. It would have to be a deal I could not pass up before I’d go here again..,, More
