Jake got back to me within a few hours and by that evening he and Chad had found a vehicle that was perfect for us! Horrible service with service department Purchase of my jeep was excellent. Service has been awful. Took in n told them the breaks were horrible. Gave back to me saying they were fine. Few months later took back, told I need roros n pads, 21000 miles. Rotors warped. Really? Sent me away with a vehicle that was very hard to stop and now warped rotors. Told no warranty, falls under wear and tear. Cost around 500. 2017 Jeep Cherokee with 21000 miles. Never will I buy there again. Or recommend them. I’m done. More
