Service was not up to par. Very disappointed in the service department. Went in for oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. Two hours and $90 later, including $12 to rotate tires they already had to take off to inspect the brakes. I have been to two other Dodge dealers for the same service that was only $50 to $60. Also the other dealers gave me a print out of my tread depth, brake pad and rotor thickness, etc. At the Dutch Miller service dept they only do a visual inspection and don't actually take measurements. Then to top it off they didn't even bother to reset change oil reminder. I expect a higher quality of service from a dealership. I will not be returning to Dutch Miller for any service. More

He treated us as we mattered and went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted at a fair price. He made sure that we got a fair trade in value to cover pay off for the vehicle that we had, due to a accident that was caused by a drunk driver the equity in the car was almost nill. The entire staff that we dealt with helped make the experience unbelievable. We got the Jeep we wanted and they have won us over. More
Service Department is a Joke! I purchased my Dodge truck from Dutch Miller back in April. The truck has been great but if you plan on Dutch Miller doing any service work on it in a timely manner you are mistaken! I had a clutch sensor go out on it and that was an interesting experience with no communication what was wrong until I went to take it back for the same issue and one of the guys recognized me and told me that what was wrong and the part would be in by the end of the week. This time I take it back for 4 recalls and schedule in 2 weeks in advance, drop it off the evening before and get told it will take less then a day. Day 2 on a supposed 1 day event, I am still without a truck and the service center bounces you between people and you get put on hold until the phone starts ringing again and then disconnected! It took 3 calls to finally reach someone and they could not tell me if my vehicle was ready or not! While you may be looking for a good vehicle, don't expect the service to be! More

Working in the service industry myself, I know what it is to show customers that they are worth my time and we value their business. Not at Dutch Miller. I have dealt with them several times. And being that there are no other Jeep places close by, it is a have to. They do not get you in when they say. Which, again I understand if prior repairs take longer than what you estimate. The proper thing to do is to notify that customer that you are behind. That is common courtesy. They do not know what that means. I have had to call and check on the status myself. Wait for 20 minutes and I may or may not get to speak to someone. Or you leave a message and never get a call back. Once you speak to someone, it is the same thing. We haven't had a chance to look at it. We will call you back tomorrow and let you know. NEVER A CALL BACK! I have even left messages with the Service Manager and he never returned the call. Or, it is in the shop. We will get on it first thing in the morning and call you to let you know what we find. NEVER CALL BACK!!! They are the worst to deal with. I plan to trade and I will make sure I do not get another Chrysler product nor anything that I have to take to them. More
Poorly trained customer service staff. Needed service a on a Dodge Sprinter van. Checked with customer service twice before bringing the vehicle in that they would be able to service it (so Needed service a on a Dodge Sprinter van. Brought the vehicle in and was told that they don't work on it. Wasted a full week of the van being down and half day of time to get the vehicle there and picked back up. More
Horrible experience! I don't know where to start. The salesman knew NOTHING about the SUV we were interested in. He said he had only been working there for 2 weeks. I ask I don't know where to start. The salesman knew NOTHING about the SUV we were interested in. He said he had only been working there for 2 weeks. I asked him several questions about the car and he could not answer any of them. He had to look through the manual, or he would just say " I don't know." " I should know this stuff." The same salesman took us into the office to run some numbers, never offering us a place to sit down. He just left us standing by the door while he gathered papers. We then were quoted a price and the paperwork was filled out, only to find out that he had the wrong VIN. So the price that was quoted to us was not the price for that vehicle...it was going to be 3 thousand more. Then the manager, the large cranky man in the box, stated that we could have the car for the quoted price, but once we went up to the finance office to sign the papers the price was back up 3 thousand dollars. When I asked the finance guy about the price he gave me some b.s. about interest rates etc. I didn't buy a minute of it but by this time the lot had been closed for almost an hour, I was tired and fed up and just signed the papers. I ended up paying full market value for the car. More
