I have delt with Carey a few times when looking for a vehicle. Every time he is honest, caring and respectfull of my wishes. About 6 years ago I was in the market for buying a About 6 years ago I was in the market for buying a camper.This was my first encounter with Carey Frennier.He was a salesman for Momot Camp About 6 years ago I was in the market for buying a camper.This was my first encounter with Carey Frennier.He was a salesman for Momot Campers.I was and still am a hard customer to satisfy.I thought Carey was going to be just like any other salesman.It was going to be about the money and a quick sale.Carey went above and beyond anything i could have hoped for in dealing with a sales person.He was friendly,curtious,and very knowledgeable about what he was selling.I spent about 2 months looking for a camper and Carey helped me along every step of the way.He was patient and even provided his own time on several occasions.Now you may wonder what this has to do with Kia and i am getting to that.This was just an intro to show the excellent sales consultant that they have with Carey Frennier.About 2 years later when the Kia dealership was still Dodge i came across a truck that i was interested in.Much to my suprise and satisfaction Carey was now a sales consultant with them.Same as before Carey did everything possible to make my buying experioence outstanding.Today this dealership is Kia and about a year ago i was shopping for a small,reasonably priced vehicle that was good on gas.Naturally where did i go?I went back to Carey of course.Carey was his usual self.He is very motivated and enthusiastic.I bought a 2009 Kia Spectra this time around with Carey.He takes his position seriously but does not lose sight of providing the best customer service anywhere.This also goes for all the other staff at Kia,their quality of work and customer service is great.I will be back again to see Carey and Kia when its tome for another vehicle.You just can't beat this man's excellent attitude and service to his customers. We were in the market for a new vehicle and we did alot of research on Kias, and wanted to take a look. Without having to drive out of our area we went to Durochers to take a look. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by sales associates but at the time we were just looking. My wife was interested in a Sportage but then saw the Soul, and went to take a closer look. Andrew was available and he answered our questions and got us in for a test drive. My wife was with awe with the head and leg room. We had specfic needs that we wanted in our vehicle and the test drive wehicle was short a few things. The Soul was not something we had planned on but it was an awesome drive. When we got back we found out that we tried a Soul Plus and Andrew listened and suggested the Exclaim. And of course he was right. While on our test drive he checked out our current vehicle out and had a set of numbers ready. We had our own financing in place and I feel he went above and beyond what a traditional dealership would have done to get our business. It was a wonderful shopping experience without high pressure and an very relaxed atmosphere. We added a few personal touches to our Soul to customize it for us and every thing was installed by the dealership prior to and after delivery. The service department was great. They listened and explained maintanance and answered all our questions. Sara in service was great too. It has been a wonderful experience to deal with the staff at Durochers, and I have told our friends about them. I don't think I can say enough good things about Andrew or the dealership. And will continue to sing their praises to all who will ask and listen. More

For years I have purchased Fords from a local dealership because I graduated with one of the owners sons. That didn't happen with my last vehicle. This vehicle purchase was different. We looked at many cars and stopped at many dealers. When we meet Carey, it was like talking with an old friend. He gave us more information and opinions based on our needs than anyone has. He made sure we were happy with our purschase and follows up with us regularly. When my son goes to college next year, we will be visiting Carey again. No need for searching anymore. More
