One thing I wish I would have been made aware of is the fact that I cannot use my normal USB plug to play my ipod touch..but instead need to have a special one from Kia itself. This is my third Kia I've owned and I've bought them from three different dealership because after my first two Kias I felt like I didn't get treated like my business was appreciated. Once Durocher Kia opene three different dealership because after my first two Kias I felt like I didn't get treated like my business was appreciated. Once Durocher Kia opened I was so thankful. One because I didn't have to drive far for service and now I finally had a decent dealership I could go to. The second I walked in the door I knew it would be completely different here. Andrew greeted me when I walked in the door. He was actually helping another customer yet still took the time to introduce himself and welcome me. I was in the market for a 2011 Sorento and Andrew pointed out the one in the showroom. He told me that he would be with me momentarily and offered me a water or coffee. He finished up with his customers and then came over and helped me. He was very helpful. Every question I asked he knew the answer to, and I didn't feel like he was there to just agree with me. He had no problem giving me the hard truth about was and wasn't available and I liked that because I've been told before that vehicles had features just to find out after my vehicle was delivered to my home that the features weren't there. He promptly got me on a test drive and wasn't at all pushy about things. When I returned to the dealership I knew after driving it that this was the vehicle I wanted. While I was on my test-drive Andrew had taken the liberty of appraising my vehicle and getting all the numbers work out of the way. This not being my first time buying my vehicle I already had in my mind that I was going to have to keep my cards close and make sure I have all the info. I had a figure in my head for what I wanted for my vehicle and I knew what I wanted to pay. I of course didn't tell him that. It was the easiest process ever. Andrew completely blew my expectations out of the water. I got what I wanted for my vehicle and then some. Plus Andrew even found me an extra rebate that I had no clue about that ended up saving me $20.00 a month. I loved the process, the vehicle, and the professionalism that Andrew had. One hour later I left with a new car and was paying less per month than I had on my previous Sorento. I've purchased my previous Sorento from Berlin City and I was amazed by how much different it is buying a Kia from Durochers. At Berlin I was made to buy GAP insurance and pay $700.00 for it. It was an option here but Andrew recommended it however it was only $115.00. Also I didn't have to pay a delivery fee or anything else for Doc. I saved a thousand dollars just in dealer fees. I had the best sales experience of my life at Durocher's. I'll be buying all my new vehicles from Durochers and Andrew from now on. I would recommend everyone to buy a vehicle from Durochers. More
