Stranded Traveler I was traveling with my daughter to a swim meet in Christiansburg when my car shut down on 81. I was 300 miles from home and I pulled into Duncan Hond I was traveling with my daughter to a swim meet in Christiansburg when my car shut down on 81. I was 300 miles from home and I pulled into Duncan Honda and had the best luck when I met Brandon. He was kind, compassionate, and reassuring. He had a technician look at my Pilot and they found the problem. He was able to get my car in and fixed the next day. I had several issues. I was able to rent a car at the dealership while my car was being serviced. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Brandon even told me that I needed to have more work done once I made it back home. He is an honest man. The dealerships at home would not have been this honest or accommodating. Every single person I cam into contact with friendly and caring. This dealership had the best customer service ever. More

Once we firmed up our choice we scheduled an appointment with James. The test drive was very thorough and we were very pleased with the Accord's ride. The purchase process went smoothly and we are very happy with our new car. I will probably buy my next car at Duncan's. More
Very happy with the service I received I took my Honda in for service on the fan for the Heater/AC. The service department took my car in right away and was back within 15 minutes explaining to what the problem was with the fan. Mice had gotten into my fan and made a nest. The Service Associate, Chui Ma, was so friendly and helpful during my visit to the Honda service department. He made me feel so comfortable and that is really important to me. Chui got the courtesy driver to bring me home and when my car was ready he called and a friend took back to pick up my car. Great Service!!! More

CAME TO CHECK ON MY PACKAGE The time was reasonable and the gentleman who helped me - his name was MATT - was very helpful! I thought I had bought extended agreements on all parts until I received an email scam that made me wonder what I did have, I came in to talk with the fellow who originally helped me when I bought the car; when he was no longer available, I spoke with Matt. I thought I included all of the warranties - discovered that I didn't receive the electronic parts one. I was told that I could purchase it for $2500. I don't have that money available right now. I am disappointed. This was not due to Matt. He offered attention to detail and an available plan. More
