Came for free oil change. Service couldn't have gone any smoother. About 35 mins and we were on our way back home. Poor Business for the whole dealership At first the experience was good. But then things went to pot. They DON'T check their used vehicles good. Was sold a vehicle that the front sounded ho At first the experience was good. But then things went to pot. They DON'T check their used vehicles good. Was sold a vehicle that the front sounded horrible but they supposedly checked it over good. Less than 2 yrs down the road the engine light starts coming on and the drive light blinks and the transmission slips some. Only to find out that we owe 2xs what the vehicle appraises at. And they will fix it but we have to pay the deductible on the warranty that we purchased. I will never feel safe in this vehicle and CANNOT trade due to the amount we still owe on it. I thought Duncans was better than this but I found out different. Have contacted several people at the dealership about this and still get no results. Apparently the customer is just another number to them . More

I think Duncan should consider some sort of frequent flyer or regular customer incentive for those of us who pack a lot of miles on to our vehicle and are devoted to regular maintenance. More

Concerned I would like to say first off that Faith Bulson, Product Specialist was very respectful and courteous to me and my daughter. However, other employees I would like to say first off that Faith Bulson, Product Specialist was very respectful and courteous to me and my daughter. However, other employees at the dealership were not. I found them to be very arrogant and not like the friendly people I have encountered at other dealerships here in southwest Virginia. When I first walked into the showroom they just looked at me like "what do you want". No one said Hello or asked me how they could help me. I had to ask for Faith who I had previously scheduled an appointment with. This was my second experience with one of Duncan's Dealership. This last experience was nothing like the first. For that reason it is doubtful that I will buy from them again in the future. I guess because I was buying a used Honda I was not treated with the respect and dignity that I'm used to from a car dealership. I asked for a retaining push pin, which cost less that 1.00, to replaced a pin missing form the Grille. Faith went to the Manager and ask for my request. Faith related to me the Manager said "we are not going to give you a push pin" no reason provided. I know the vehicle I purchased is a used vehicle and I was buying it "as is", but that's really sad that they could not provide a buying Customer with one request! The overall tone of the dealership is not friendly at all in my opinion. However, I did not lower my standards, I was polite and friendly when dealing with Faith and other personnel at the dealership. I will find another dealership that appreciates my business for my future car purchases! More
