Wasn't treated with respect I went to Hokie Honda on Saturday, April 8th. I was there to buy a car that day, a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6. When I walked in I was greeted by the salesman and he started to show me and my family some cars. We started to talk price (they were ACTUALLY CHARGING $2000 more for a blue color. I went to talk with the Sales Manager where the process continues to get worse, he was the most cold unprofessional person I have ever worked with!!! That was fine, I went down to Woodson Honda and they took great care of me. I would recommend Duncan train their employees and sales managers customer service 101, this caused them 32k car sale, as I decided to get the nice model (touring edition). I highly caution people, their prices on the "shame" board are a total lie, I would love to post my price from Woodson on their, because they beat them by $3500!!! More
