Waiting for the job to be completed is comfortable and coffee is available. Service personnel carefully use their computer records on the service of my vehicles. I am confident that recommended work is necessary and that my cars are well maintained More

Service for 2017 Hnda CRV Service was excellent and performed in a timely manner. Easy to get an appointment. Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that I purchased a 4 y Service was excellent and performed in a timely manner. Easy to get an appointment. Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that I purchased a 4 year preventative maintenance contract when I purchased the vehicle from this dealership. Yet when I take it in for service, if I don't tell them I have the service contract each time, they send me to the cashier to pay for the service. You would think this would show up in their computer each time I take the vehicle in for service. More

I had reviewed the Consumer Reports about top rated Several weeks ago I walked into Duncan Honda in Christiansburg and met sales person, Bud Merrill. I had reviewed the Consumer Reports about top rated SUVs and was interested in looking at the various Honda SUVs. Bud was very pleasant professional, patient and not at all pushy. I visited other dealerships and then returned several weeks later to test drive the CRV and purchased it the next day. I appreciated not being "pestered" at all during the intervening weeks. Bud was most patient in teaching me about all the car features including the use of the blue tooth and radio system that were not as easy to teach this 66 year old person. He welcomed me to return whenever he might help me in the future. It was altogether a positive experience. More
