Sales Managers are insulting. Came in on March 25, 2017 to figure out what the wife wants. She settled for the top of the line Subaru Forester. Edison our sales guy was super helpful every step of the way. Now you're probably wondering why I gave this dealership 1 star. Well let me explain. We're the type of people that don't want to haggle with the price. If you can't do what we are asking for the price, then so be it. We will walk away. Money isn't the object but the principle of things matter more to us than anything. Hussein who is Edison's sales manager came over to "negotiate" the price. We told him what we wanted to pay and his answers were to pretty much put us in a lower model vehicle or a vehicle that was previously used as a loaner service car. At no time did my wife and say we wanted another lower end vehicle or a vehicle with mileage on it. He then starts to insult us with the line "well if the monthly price of the vehicle doesn't work..." Not once did we talk about where we wanted the monthly payments to be. My wife finally got fed up with Hussein and said "The monthly payment is never a problem and we're not accepting a lower optioned vehicle just to lower the price." After listening to Hussein drivel his nonsensical suggestions, we decided to walk away. Here's the kicker, we even told them that if we agree on a purchase today for the wife, then I will more than likely purchase another car from them today since I was in the market for just an economical beater car. They lost out on 2 vehicles yesterday because Hussein couldn't stop the mouth vomit from coming out. More

Liars, cheats and thieves These dishonest people said my trade could not be sold on their lot due to a minor crash, (no damage). As such, they could only offer $3500 because vehicle had to go to auction. They then did exactly what they said they could not do, put the vehicle on their website and sold it from their lot, for $8800. KBB stated my vehicle was worth $5300. They also overcharged me for new vehicle registration. Finance officer said they would reimburse me. They have not. This is the second vehicle my family has bought from them and it will be the last. I will not spend my hard earned money at any business who lies and cheats to get the most income. they should just be honest. They have "customer relations" employees who do not return emails. My family and I will not ever step foot in this dealer again. More

This 2010 Outback has performed flawlessly for us ever since we drove it off the lot. We returned last month to purchase a new 2017 Subaru Crosstrek, so we again worked with Angela - and Business Manager Brittany Hendrickson - on a USAA True Car purchase arrangement. Within minutes, Angela located a 2017 Crosstrek configured with our desired options, and, on the follow-up visit, we worked with Brittany to finalize all the documents, Angela and Brittany were very professional, courteous, responsive, hard-working and personable. Equally important, they kept everything light and hassle-free. It's really nice working with folks who have a sense of humor. We recommend this dealership and these individuals without any reservation. More

I negotiated the deal with Sean Deal (with a name like that, I think he was destined for sales - lol). We communicated mostly by e-mail and some by phone. He promptly responded to all of my queries and was never rude. When a price was agreed upon, I set up a time to drop by for a test drive on a new 2017 Subaru Outback. When I arrived, I met with Angela Battle who took over from there. She was also pleasant, kind and took her time going over the details of the car. She answered all of my questions about the car and took my wife and I on a test drive. I admit, I was concerned that they may change the terms of our deal so I took copies of all of our e-mails. Turns out, I didn't need to. The terms of the deal were honored. I was also concerned about meeting with the business manager to sign the paperwork and "ink" the deal. This is usually the worst part of the car buying process where they put a lot of pressure on you to buy things you don't want (and many would argue, things you don't even need). Herbie Rivera was GREAT to work with. He gave his opinions about the add-ons, but also respected what we wanted. When we said "no" he would move on. It's nice to deal with a business manager at a dealership that knows "no" means "no." He also stated in the beginning that he didn't want to keep us in here all day and wanted us out enjoying our new car as soon as possible - which he honored. Truth be told, what I thought would be the worst part of buying a car, turned out to be easiest part of the process. Thanks Herbie. When we left both Herbie and Angela said if there were any questions or issues that we had later, to please give them a call. I truly believe they were being sincere! More
