Personable, straightforward interaction Due to using USAA car buying service I was able to get a straightforward low price prior to even arriving. Once I got to the dealership there was 0 negotiation when I got there. We did negotiate very quickly over my trade-in but that was done within one back-and-forth conversation. Every person that I dealt with was personable, kind and helpful. It was a very busy day and they had several people buying cars at the same time and I still got in-and-out of there relatively quickly. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and had a fantastic experience. Nobody looks forward to the dealership experience when purchasing a car but I can honestly say that this was easy and painless. More

Sleaziest People I have ever dealt with Sold me certified pre-owned Subaru that died in my driveway the day I bought it. Told me it was the anti-theft system and reprogrammed my keys. Except the car keeps dying and is now residing at another dealership while they try to figure it out. The other dealership has told me that no way is it the anti-theft system. Dulles offered me a better warranty only they forgot to enter it. Never return my calls. Only through persistence have I gotten to talk to anyone at all. Dealership GM refuses to take my calls and will not call back. I have gotten Subaru America involved but no resolution yet. I guess it is time to lawyer up. More
