From the time I brought my car in to the time I left everyone was great to work with. I was advised in a timely manner what the problem was and given an estimate of the time it would take to be finished everyone was great to work with. The show room was very busy when my husband and I arrived but with in minutes we were being showing cars. We also were given the pleasure to drive two different cars to make sure our selection was the one we but with in minutes we were being showing cars. Most importantly is that we didn't have our trade in with us but we were trusted to take our new car home and return with the trade in on Monday .When we first came to the dealership it was only to look but with the treatment that we received our minds were changed and I now have my Beautiful Car .I would rate it as excellent. I believe this is the fifth Subaru I have purchased from this dealership. I have also received most of my service here as well. My experiences have consistently been positive. I have owned my Subaru Outback for 13 years and have continually been pleased with both the dependability of the car and the quality of service received from the dealership. My Outback has nearly 180,000 miles on it and continues to operate efficiently due to scheduled maintenance and care. The service staff at Dulles Subaru in Leesburg Virginia has consistently exhibited professionalism and a sense of pride in their work. It's never easy having to tell a customer that some expensive work must be done on their car, especially at the holiday season. I recently brought my car in for a routine oil change and a concern about my alignment and some other issues. The news was as I expected; the car required some major service. The staff was knowledgeable and professional in both their assessment and explanation of the situation. There was a true sense of compassion and understanding that this may come as a hardship to me. The staff, especially the wonderful Mandy, offered an honest assessment of the situation and went the extra mile to present the best financial situation possible. I will continue to drive my Subaru with confidence and pride knowing that, if and when the car requires any type of service, I will be well taken care of at Dulles Subaru. More
I visited Dulles Subaru on Nov 18, 2013 for 2014 Forester 2.5i Touring, my experience there wasn't a pleasant one at all. Kim, the manager, was extremely rude. He asked me to tell him other dealers' quo 2.5i Touring, my experience there wasn't a pleasant one at all. Kim, the manager, was extremely rude. He asked me to tell him other dealers' quota, I was very reluctant to do so, but eventually I showed him. He then went back to his office to do the math. After a while, he came back, asking me to show him others' quota again. I refused. What he then did really abased him -- he told me "I could not help you", threw his paper into a trash can behind him and told his guy "He is ready to go". Kim was neither polite nor professional. Extremely rude. More
