Eric knew that we were under limited constraints with the timing of purchasing a car for our son. He was able to make our deal happen on the day we needed the car. When we came to Virginia from Maryland to purchase the car, everything went timely and the deal went smoothly. Gary Hall in finance was also a very impressive man. He obviously knew about financing and warranties. He was nice and a great salesman. Any company would welcome the wonderful traits that both Eric and Gary have. It was well worth the two hour trip to purchase the car for our son. Thanks for a great experience! More

David found exactly what I wanted in the dealer’s pipeline, kept me informed of the vehicles progress, was able to add some accessories at the port price, was very flexible with payment arrangements, spent lots of time answering my questions, showing me how some of the complicated electronics worked, and much more. There was no high pressure or tricky sales tactics. I got a very good price on my new vehicle. But, even if I could have saved a few dollars elsewhere, working with a great dealer is worth it!! More

When you look at the laundry list for what that payment supports it is mainly for when a “trade in” is made, for lean and title search and transfer. That was most likely/assuredly accounted for when the estimated the deal for what they will give you for the trade. If you come in to buy a car you should not pay for services not needed. You wouldn’t pay the price of a full auto detailing when you’re just getting a car wash. If they continue this practice it could be a deal breaker for some unless they make some allowance in quick dealer add-on options or something. Regionally, I still found this to be the best Subaru dealer to work with. All the personnel I worked with were great before, during and after the process. More

The service department is the reason why we will buy our next Subaru from Dulles motor cars. We bought our car from Dulles in 2003. The service department is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Great fast experience We knew what car we wanted after searching inventory on the net. After an Internet inquiry, it took about 10 minutes to work out a deal with Chalky. We knew what car we wanted after searching inventory on the net. After an Internet inquiry, it took about 10 minutes to work out a deal with Chalky. We trekked out to the dealership where we were greeted at the door and directed to Jennifer. She got our paperwork done in about an hour and we were on our way. Definitely will work with them again. Nice, friendly place to buy a car! I had been doing a lot of research on what I wanted my new car to be when I realized my old one was on its last legs. As an engineer, I had spreadsheets galore and truly did my research. I had it narrowed down to three cars, and test drove them all (keeping Subaru last since it was the front-runner). Not only did the staff at Subaru not harass me like the other dealers I test drove through, but they also didn't shove sales pitches down my throat at all. I went in knowing it was the first step of looking, and left knowing not only did I love the car, but I didn't feel like a guppy in a shark tank at the dealership. I came back for a second test drive and worked with David since Eric wasn't there- and he was equally as friendly and considerate of my time and where I was at in my vehicle search. Going in to buy the car, things went relatively smoothly and when the finance guy was backed up, Eric got me set up with the finance guy (Mark) over at Dulles Jeep across the lot. I was given the price I found online, which was lower than TrueCar estimates, and wasn't pressured to get any extra stuff I didn't need or want. Everyone we worked with was great, and we were even able to watch some hockey during the downtime between steps! More
The Place to Buy a Car if You Want Genuine Help I had been searching for a couple of months for a new used car. Let's just say I didn't have the best of luck. I started out by going to small dealers I had been searching for a couple of months for a new used car. Let's just say I didn't have the best of luck. I started out by going to small dealers who I learned later altered their Carfax. Every little Ma Pa dealership had very aggressive people who were complete liars and had no idea about what they were talking about.. After a few bad experiences, I started going to bigger dealerships. A lot of the bigger dealerships had many used cars, but they went fast and none seem to have what I was looking for (I highly highly recommend a big dealership for any car so you don't get scammed). When I came across Dulles Motorcars Subaru, I found the car I had been looking for for a very good price. Now the review I am writing about has to do more with the people working here than my new car. I worked with a man named Jeff Slusser. He is patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, easy to negotiate, I had absolutely no stress going through the process of working with Jeff to obtain my new car. He actually listened to me and helped me get the best deal. He was not pushy whatsoever. The process of buying any car is long, but it didn't feel nerveracking. All of the the employees were also extremely pleasant. They spoke to me while I was waiting for paperwork to go through. They just made me feel comfortable. If you want to buy a car with no pressure, I highly recommend Jeff Slusser, seriously an incredible guy. Trust me, I was very surprised to find a person who genuinely wanted to help me and work with me. Through all of my car looking, this was the place. To mention the used car, it was in excellent condition. You could tell the people who cleaned the car did a very thorough job. Overall it was the best experience buying a car could be. More
