He is always courteous and professional and gives good advice. The mechanics do quality work. Other favorites are Ron Shields, Ken Tam (sales), and Marc and Rob in the Parts Dept. The local shop did not stand behind their work nor would they reimburse me, and that cost me any savings I ever had from using a small shop.
