Attentive Professional Toyota Service in Dublin For the last five years I have been getting my 2012 Toyota Avalon regularly serviced at Dublin Toyota, and I am VERY happy with all aspects of this sh For the last five years I have been getting my 2012 Toyota Avalon regularly serviced at Dublin Toyota, and I am VERY happy with all aspects of this shop. The service advisors are professional, efficient, and friendly. The auto mechanics do a great job, from diagnosing problems and repairing them, to routine maintenance. As an example, my Avalon developed an issue with the coolant system around 30,000 miles which wasn't evident when I was driving the car. The mechanic identified the problem (seals that were not properly installed in the factory) and the car was completely repaired under warranty. At the same visit, the mechanic noted significant rodent damage to the electrical harness. The service advisor informed me that my car insurance was likely to cover the replacement of the harness. State Farm sent an examiner who confirmed the rodent damage and authorized repair. The Avalon runs like a top thanks to Dublin Toyota and their excellent service staff! And getting an appointment on the phone or online is always easy. I recommend this shop most highly. More

Pretty Good for a Car Dealership I’ve been a customer of Dublin Toyota for about five years. I leased a car and then bought a different one. I’d say their sales force is a little less I’ve been a customer of Dublin Toyota for about five years. I leased a car and then bought a different one. I’d say their sales force is a little less irritating than most. They all want and need to sell cars. But I find their service department to be exceptional so far. To be fair, so far I’ve always come I under the pre-paid service agreement. Eventually I’ll have to make decisions about service purchases. This last trip, though, I did ask that they take a look at my brakes as they’ve been rather noisy off and on recently. my service guy was Eric. I don’t know if I’ve dealt with him before. So he had the techs check the brakes; he returned to tell me the brakes are actually fine. But then he said my tires are nearing replacement- and they just happen to have a tire sale going on. He gave me a price for four tires and an alignment. Didn’t seem out of range. So I called the husband and just quickly discussed it with him. He suggested I could get a better price at Costco. IDK, really. I’ll have to check. I asked Eric how many miles he thought the tires had; he said a couple thousand. Since my driving currently is greatly reduced from what I used to drive, I figure I still have at least four months on this original set. So I told Eric I’d wait on the tires, gamble on the price in a few months, I could tell he was disappointed, but he was very gracious. He didn’t try to twist my arm and I appreciate that. I’ll check my prices and maybe then I’ll return to Dublin Toyota to buy tires. Who knows? Meantime, I say they’re a pretty good business until I can prove otherwise. More
