Mostly consistant good service Yesterday I got very good service and timely. On another occasion I had to wait 4 hours for an oil change and simple service - that was not good. Making appointments should make your service run smoothly - but from my viewpoint, if I make an appointment, I expect the work to be done while I am waiting in the wait room. I live 2 miles from the Oakland Toyota dealer, but have made the choice to travel all the way to Dublin for the service, as long as the work is done in a timely manner. More

Super friendly and quick ! Really great coming here. Luckily for me, this dealership is right next to my work.
