went for 30K Service and misled and got overcharged. Went for 30K Service which was due after 31K and quoted about 680$. While in dealership realized I have received a coupon from the same dealership for Went for 30K Service which was due after 31K and quoted about 680$. While in dealership realized I have received a coupon from the same dealership for extended services purchase option 329$ (30,35,4045K Services), where the service exec said it is not valid because the vehicle is past 31K miles( but the coupon email doesn't say that. If they cannot honor their own coupons with silly reasons, maybe they shouldn't send them.Totally disappointed with the service experience. it does say other restrictions apply. If I had known I would have taken the car for service well before any of those restrictions for service :-(! More
