Quick, efficient, and friendly. It was time for my oil change and I decided why not go to Toyota in Dublin and get serviced there. As I came in to service, a gentlemen’s by the name It was time for my oil change and I decided why not go to Toyota in Dublin and get serviced there. As I came in to service, a gentlemen’s by the name “Yosuf” approached me and greeted me. He instantly took me and treated me as a friend. I didn’t feel as if I was being pushed for any services beyond what I came for. After my service however, he did go over what the workers found wrong with my car and even took the time to explain and show me pictures to have a better understanding of what’s going on mechanically with my car. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, most definitely coming there again. Thank you so much for your kind work Yosuf, you’ve won my choice of where to come for services. More

$3,800.00 LATER I brought my 2008 Prius in for service at the end of February because a warning light was coming on. The problem cost me $1,700.00. I mentioned that I brought my 2008 Prius in for service at the end of February because a warning light was coming on. The problem cost me $1,700.00. I mentioned that my oil was low which was odd, so I assumed since there was no mention of that being a problem my car was all fixed. Then I took my car in on April 9th because more warning lights, different then the one in February came on plus the heather simultaneously stopped working. My husband mentioned there was NO oil in the car which made no sense since the car was just serviced at the end of February and there is no oil on our garage floor so where is the oil going? $1,100.00 later I had a new radiator and cooling system installed. The next day my husband was stranded on the side of the freeway because the Prius cut off completely as he was driving in morning commute traffic! The car is towed back to Toyota and we are now told the oil that we had been asking about since February had been draining into the cracked engine block. Yep so now we need a new engine. ARE YOU KIDDING ME TOYOTA!! At this point the manager stepped in because my husband was a little beyond irate. Because they had screwed up they got us a Like new engine only 65k miles on it and charged us $1k for the engine only no labor or any other nonsense charges. I wasn't happy with paying the $1k but I knew a replacement engine cost more than a $1k and labor alone is what ever ridiculous price they come up with. I was grateful they came through in the end with a reduced price but I feel all of this could have been avoided had they been checking for the missing oil. Not sure if we even needed a new radiator but I know my Prius won't need one any time soon. More
