Honesty needs to be improved. Had a slow leak in tire from screw and was told could not be fixed. The service writer said needed new tires at least two because of the vehicle being AWD. took the tire to two different tire shops, AMERICAN TIRE, and also took it to BIG O TIRES. both shops said it could be fixed so I let BIG O tire fix the tire for twenty dollars. All I’m asking is for service guyot be careful when he is trying to over sell his products. Thanks John More

I went home called. And they said come in. I pulled into lane young service person said yes bulb was out. He walked me to parts dept. while I was paying he installed it. Big Ed was my service writer in the am. He was with young man who put in bulb and said its done and there is no cost have a good evening. What a great day Francis Fitzgerald. Ps coffee and bagel were great. More

Premature Transmission replacement I was frustrated to learn that my 2010 Corolla was in need of a new transmission despite having all routine services performed and having less then 10 I was frustrated to learn that my 2010 Corolla was in need of a new transmission despite having all routine services performed and having less then 100k miles on the vehicle. My service tech, Jonas, did everything in his power to make sure that the repair got done at a reasonable price and that I felt like a valued customer. I have driven a Toyota for the last 15 years and bought a new one when my last vehicle dead. But I was ready to walk away from Toyota completely until Jonas demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile. The way my situation was handled showed me that Toyota values their customers and stands behind their product. I have had my car serviced at the Dublin Toyota here for the last 8 year and I am hopeful to have it serviced here for another 8 years to come. More
Service on Sequoia 2013 Replaced shocks in Sequoia and had the oil changed. Had a complimentary tire rotation and alignment which was very much appreciated.
