Lack of Friendly Customer Service This is my second time using Service Department. What is the use of asking who you like to be your service advisor? You are snatched by the first pe This is my second time using Service Department. What is the use of asking who you like to be your service advisor? You are snatched by the first person available when you bring in the car in the morning. This time, the advisor is the most grumpy person in the world. This person (no names here) should go back to school to learn some customer manners. The service was for Takata airbag sensor recall replacment work. While the car was in the shop, they replaced a brake light bulb without my permission. I questioned why I wasn't informed? The service person immediately took off the charge of $8. The service person said we didn't charge you for labor. If I didn't know my law protecting the consumers, I would have been charged for the $8 bulb which cost about $1.50. Oh yes, there was no burnt bulb to show me. Dublin Toyota Service has gone down hill recently. Re-education needed. NOTE: My review cannot be submitted unless I give this service a 2+ star. What a rigged review! More

Key replacement I recently lost my keys. About a week after that happened my car got stolen. Luckily my car was found and I got it back. I took it to Toyota and told I recently lost my keys. About a week after that happened my car got stolen. Luckily my car was found and I got it back. I took it to Toyota and told them what happened. Yousef was fantastic. He found out I had a warranty that replaced my key. He also made sure to deleted the other key in my system so it doesn’t happen again! Thank you sooo much! More

Very Fast and Clean Work I made an appointment for 25K service on my truck and expected to wait approximately 2 hours but I was pleasantly surprised to have my name called fro I made an appointment for 25K service on my truck and expected to wait approximately 2 hours but I was pleasantly surprised to have my name called from the customer waiting area just one hour and 10 minutes later. The service work had been completed and they had washed my truck. Eric Case was my service technician and walked me through the service before and after and provided recommendations for the next service. I would definitely ask for Eric again. More
