Ken Harvey's Nissan Dublin, in my humble opinion and experience, is THE best Nissan Dealership that I have dealt with concerning bringing my 2010 370 Nissan Roadster for service. Though I actually have two local Nissan dealships closer to me, driving the extra distance to Ken Harvey's Nissan Dublin is an afterthought. Fast, friendly, and informative. I worked with Amen to find a certified pre-owned that fit my budget. He was so patient as I test drove cars (even sometimes twice) and weighed pros/cons of each car. I could tell that he wanted to be sure I was happy with my choice. The finance approval part of the transaction was quick and they even beat the percentage rate that my bank had approved me for. It was pleasure working with Mike on the finance paper work and he took his time walking me through the options and details. Since I was by myself and still had my old car with me the night of the sale, Amen went above and beyond by following me home in the new car so I could get both cars home. (I drove him back to the dealership) This was the first time in my life that purchasing a car was easy, fun, quick and non pressure. More
This dealership has always performed beyond expectations. The enthusiasm percolates down from the owners to every employee I've dealt with. Car is nice. I should have seen the two door dents, but that's my fault. I had to get front brakes 3 days after picking up the car, but I could have had the car checked out by a mechanic before signing. that's my fault. I had to get front brakes 3 days after picking up the car, but I could have had the car checked out by a mechanic before signing. What gets me is the having to pay for a second key after purchasing. After we settled on a price and I waited around for 2 hours, when the car was finally ready, I was told they couldn't find the second key. So a dealership doesn't track which vehicles have both sets of keys and note that? They don't keep those keys in a secure location? It's the only thing that made me feel a little scammed! Other than that John seemed like a really nice guy. More

He showed me the bad parts and explained why they failed; all the while very soft spoken but with a big smile and a very personable demeanor. I visited Dublin Nissan only for a oil change and some replacement wipers to be put on my vehicle. It ended up after a pre-check of my car that,it was determened that it needed rear brakes as well as some replacement wipers to be put on my vehicle. Jason the Service Tech that helped me was very customer service oriented he spoke well and explained things in detail. I had him go ahead and do the extra work. I spent most of the day in the lounge and Jason was always giving me an update. I also had the Shuttle take me to a clients for a lunch and also had Joe pick me up (Shuttle Driver) also very friendly. When I returned in the late afternoon my vehicle was ready to go. Jason let me know where to pick up paperwork and take care of payment. After he walked me out of the Service Department and told me if I need anythning for my vehicle to give him a call. I let him know I will see him for my 90K service. Overall expierence was Great !! I would reccomend Dublin Nissan to friends and family. I just had my 1995 Maxima with 219,000+ miles on it have a major breakdown and decided it was time to finally go shopping for a new car. I went out on www.autotrader.com to see what preowned Maximas and Altimas there were to choose from. In doing so, I received an email from Joe from the Dublin Nissen dealership within an hour of my inquiry. I spoke to Joe on the phone on Saturday and made my way to the dealership, armed with printouts of various CPO Altimas and Maximas to check out. Joe was very attentive and very professional in his handling of our interest and ultimate purchase of a 2010 Maxima. He provided all the background and specific information on each of the CPO vehicles we were interested in and was extremely knowledgable of the Altima and Maxima product lines. He listened to our priorities and preferences and made my wife feel very comfortable with the buying process and getting to the final decision. I'd recommend Joe to anyone who is looking to purchase a car - new or preowned. He'll listen to their needs and priorities, provide the information relevant to those needs and priorities, and make the car buying process a very pleasant and low-stress experience. When I was there on Sunday finishing our transaction, two other couples came in the dealership asking for him -- the mark of a salesman who reputation proceeds him. Overall a very good experience. The sales price was the best I received and pre sale, the dealer staff was committed to great service. A very good job on sales' part otherwise. More
