Took my Nissan Frontier there in January of 2011. They told me that the motor would need to be repalced, which I thought equalled $$$. But they informed me that it should be covered under my warranty, mea told me that the motor would need to be repalced, which I thought equalled $$$. But they informed me that it should be covered under my warranty, meaning no $ at all on my part. I use this truck for my business, so I was worried about having to leave it there for a long time. THey got it back to me as fast as they could. Jason Alaura was very friendly and helped me throughout the whole process. I will definatley be going back to this dealership for my general maintenece. We went looking for a car 1 1/2 years ago and spoke to Chris Zacharakis. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about Nissan's. We went for several test drives and said we would get back to him. He didn't try and push a sale on us. When we returned 18 months later he remembered us and was just as friendly as before. We were researching the Nissan Xterra 4x4. He said if we were interested in a Nissan Xterra, that he would do a search for us. We went to several other dealerships to look at Xterra's, but returned to see Chris. He gave us a great deal without the usual hassles. We would highly recommend Dublin Nissan and Chris Zacharakis. The entire staff was great! More
I am one of many but at Dublin Nissan (DN) I have that feeling that I am special. They explain clearly what the issues, options for fixes; utilize all possibilities for lowering my expenses, providing a s feeling that I am special. Last week on my Murano with 97.5K I had 5 leaks. Estimated parts cost - $3,800. I was given a free car for duration of repair (paying gas only). When picked up my car I paid $37.47 for regular oil change and not a penny for repair. Couple days later on highway my wife said: what’s happen to your car, I do not hear the noise? [engine] They treated me the same way from the beginning when I got this car from DN almost 4 years ago. Every time coming back for service I carious if they are still the same (i.e. I am special), and Yes again, - they are. I can not think about any other place in Bay Area for taking care of my Murano. I recently called Dublin Nissan to find out if they had the vehicle in stock with the particular features that I wanted. I had already checked out another dealer that morning and had test driven a car and the vehicle in stock with the particular features that I wanted. I had already checked out another dealer that morning and had test driven a car and spoke with a salesperson there. They did not have the car with the exact feautres that I wanted but said they could get it for me and offered me their lowest price (which was $700 higher that what I paid at Dublin Nissan). I wanted to drive my dream car home that day (and test drive it rather than wait for it to arrive at the other dealaer) so when Amed told me they had the exact car I wanted in stock I was happy but knew that we still had to talk price. I was about 65 miles away and told him I wanted them to match the price on TrueCar.com. TrueCar.com aggregrates prices on new vehicles (you enter in year, color, all features) and it tells you dealers in your areas and what the lowest prices in the area are. Dublin Nissan did not come up on the TrueCar.com site but they said they would match it, not even knowing what the price was. Since I was driving Amed said he would go to the site and he would pull up the price on TrueCar.com and match it. Meanwhile, I asked my brother (who was at his computer) to pull up the price for me also. Amed called me back, he had come up with the same price as my brother and he said he would match it. As I began my 65 mile trek to Dublin I called Amed at least five times (probably more like ten) to make sure he would in fact sell me the vehicle at that price and that it was the exact car I wanted. I did not want to arrive and find any funny stuff after that long haul. I arrived and Amed greeted me and had the car parked right in front for me to test drive. The vehicle was exactly what we had discussed, it was clean/washed, and the price was what we had agreed on. Amed showed me all of the features on the car, and there are many. He took the time and patiently explain them to me. I appreciated this as my car had all of the packages except the technology package and I am quite inquisitive. I would say the financing went well also. After I made it clear to the financing department that I was not interested in any of the extended warranties that Nissan offers I was able to sign off on everything and drive off in my new car. More
I decided it was time to buy a new after having my car for 10 years and putting quite a bit of money into it in the last 18 months. I wanted a Nissan, so my friend suggested buying my car at Dublin Nissan for 10 years and putting quite a bit of money into it in the last 18 months. I wanted a Nissan, so my friend suggested buying my car at Dublin Nissan because her family had bought cars from this dealership before. We went there determined to get me the car I wanted at a reasonable price. We worked with John Shirokov and he was amazing. He was extremely nice and very reasonable when it came to talking numbers. He did everything he could in order to get me the best deal he could(he succeed because I got magnificent deal). The experience I had at Dublin Nissan was absolutely great. I live near San Francisco, which is two hours away from Dublin, and I have many many dealerships near where I live but I would still make the two hour drive to buy from Dublin Nissan again and I would personally drive any of my friends to this dealership to so they could purchase a car from there. More
I was on a trip to San Francisco when my 2009 nissan murano alternator failed. Had the AAA mechanic supposedly fix it but it broke down again an hour after I picked up the car. I towed it to this dealership and Jesse Apostol the service advisor assisted me and I have to say he was absolutely amazing. He was caring, understanding, sympathetic about my situation. My concern was that I had to get my family back home to Los Angeles and the part was going to take a few days to arrive. Jesse immediately got on top of it and was able to figure out overnighting the part and got it fixed for me the next day. He also had the mechanics do an extensive check up on the car to ensure I will have no other problems and found out that there is a part that I would need to replace soon. He knew that I had to get back and had suggested that I take my car into the dealership soon to get this rectified instead of staying another day or two. He assured me that I would not have trouble getting back and even offered to follow up with me in a few days to make sure we were ok. This kind of outstanding customer service exemplifies how everyone should be, the professionalism he exhibited, understanding what I needed to get done and getting me on my way. Everything about my so called vacation was a disaster but at least I was able to leave with assurance and confidence that Jesse had provided. Thank you More
I have owned 2 previous Nissan Altimas over the past 11 years. My current Altima is a 2001 which I have had for over 9 yrs. I am extremely satisfied with the reliability and use I have gotten thus far with over 179,000 miles. My original front brakes lasted over 140,000 miles which no one can believe! I have nearly all original equipment as well, shocks, exhaust, etc. When I considered a new car, I returned to Nissan and Altima! Amin and Junior were both very helpful,upfront and easy to work with. He was able to locate the car I was interested in both by model and color scheme. I've been looking for a small hatchback and was requesting quotes from three different car companies at a couple different automall locations. Clint Burns was the only person to respect my request requesting quotes from three different car companies at a couple different automall locations. Clint Burns was the only person to respect my request to not call me. Moreover, his response was wonderful. I inquired about the differences in the 2010 and 2011 Nissan Versa, and he listed important changes between the two, and provided an awesome offer. (Probably 5 or so other dealerships only gave me the MSRP that I had already learned from websites, went straight to financing, ignored my questions and called me incessantly). I ended up wanting to test drive a car so I called Clint up, and 1) he answered despite not being in the office (Sorry by the way!). 2) He then referred me to Joseph Khan. Joseph and I test drove the Versa, and had a good time learning about the different features that the Versa is equipped with. Now if you go to either if these men, you're in good hands. Clint had me sure about the model I wanted, and Joseph did a great job keeping me comfortable with the final price - even with the discounts, I was looking for more and thinking of other options. And we paused, internet searched on his work computer until I was sure. Very patient with me (I do not like big purchases/investments). And Junior, while my experience with him was minimal was a cool guy at the dealership who went out of his way to make customers comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful coffee as I slowly decided on my car. More
