We had a fantastic experience at Dublin Nissan. Joe was absolutely great to deal with. There was never any time we felt we were being pressured to buy anything. Junior the Sales Manager was very nice and helped achieved the approval of the loan as well as his loan processor Ray. And finally but not least the person I signed my documents with was patiante and explained everything on the contract and they all stayed till the deal was finished. Clint, the sales rep I worked with was very helpful and had the answers for most of my questions or knew someone who did. They let me test drive the GT-R unlike my local dealership and they earned the sale because of it. Being the first car I have purchased from a dealership I felt like I was really taken care of and not taken advantage of. We were able to settle on a price and made the sale. 3 days in and no buyers remose yet! More

I was specifically looking for a used 2007 Murano SL. Nes had posted that Murano on Craigslist and they also had it on their website. I had also emailed Les that I was interested in the Murano and to run the numbers on the loans to see my financing options. They got back to me first thing Sunday morning with the price that I liked for the Murano. They also gave me a few financing options that I liked. I went in and and finalized the paperwork. It was good that I had filled out the loan application on their website the night before so that they can have all of the paperwork waiting for me when I arrived. Great experience and stress-free! I would deal with Nes Latifi and the Dublin Nissan staff again for my next Nissan purchase. Their website streamlined the process and I didn't waste a lot of time. More

Jesse asked a lot of question about my transmission problem leading me to believe that he cared, even as far as asking if I could set time aside to road test with a technician before setting an appointment so I wouldn't be late for work. I left my car for a week getting daily progress calls when he said he would, they even offered me a Cube to drive while my car was in the shop. When I picked up the car Jesse greeted me, walked me to the cashiers and pulled up my newly repaired car. Also thanks to the detail department for washing and vacuuming my vehicle. I've refer a lot of friends and family to Dublin Nissan. Keep up the great work. More

I dont live in the area but on a trip thru the Bay Area my car broke down. I called Dublin Nissan and spoke to Paul. He said they were busy but to bring in my car and he would look at its as soon as possib my car broke down. I called Dublin Nissan and spoke to Paul. Imagine my suprise when in less than an hour they had looked at my car and diagnosed my problem as a failed alternator. They had the part in stock and I was back on the road in less than 90 minuets and my vacation was saved. More
