I had an unfortunate experience with this dealership. Clint Burns was the salesman who sold me my used car and pauline wong was the finance person i dealt with. Mr Burns was a little more pleasant, however, he could not deliver a satisfying deal. After sitting around for hrs, his sale price was not the price we agreed on and his finance charge was ridicoulsly high for someone with mty credit. I simply walked away and came back the next day with a loan on my own with a better finance rate and we finally settled on the price. After Pauline Wong found out i did this, she called me into the office and offered a even lower rate, which i agreed too after asking her why she couldnt give me that offer yesterday, she rolled her eyes and simply said the bank was closed, however they knew already that i could have qualified for that rate. She sold me gap insurance which i cancelled but never recieved my refund until i reported her to the BBB, then i finally got it 3 months later after actively contacted the auto gap inurance and the BBB. I didnt even get my full refund. Dublin Nissan has poor customer service and Pauline Wong in particular, she should really seek some training or inservice on how to treat customers and work on her people skills. More
I had a excellent experience at Dublin Nissan. I had communicated with the internet sales department the day before I drove 93 miles to the dealership. When I arrived that morning, Jonna was ready to help me with any of my needs.I explained what I wanted to pay, what I expected for my trade in and that I did not want to be there all day. She made sure Derek, the Sales Mgr. knew exactly what I wanted and expected. Derek made the purchase experience as smooth as possible. He was the consummate professional. All of my needs were met and all requests were fullfilled. As I drove home that day I realized I chose the best dealership to do business with and would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for any Nissan purchase!! Thanks Jinna and Derek! P.S. If I am in need of another Nissan, I know Iwould make the drive again!! More
I had a very excellent experience buying my new 370Z roadster with Dublin. The purchase experience was top notch and there was no xxxxxx business. Everything was done as they said it would be. I would highly recommend this dealership for your Nissan new car purchase, especially the sales team of David, Michael, Lori, and Phillip. Thanks Dublin! Also, they had a wicked Datsun 510 racer on the showroom floor, how can you go wrong with that?!? More

There was no doubt that I would have many choices to look up to, and I was right. Mr. Chris Zacharakis, Sales Manager, was very helpful, knid and respectful to all my needs. When I finally purchased my car he was even helping to set up the bluetooth for me. He also offered me to bring my car back for detailing, since it was too late on Saturday night and there was no detailer on site. It was such a good experience to work with Mr. Chris Zacharakis, and I felt no negative pressure at all that I thought I would have whenever I visit the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr. Zacharakis to anyone who would like to buy a car. More
Jason is my Service Advisor and he is always upbeat and ready to listen to my car ordeals. I would, also, work with Jesse, whenever Jason was unavailable. To date, the mechanics have done a great job repairing all of my car's problems. The front end alignment I had done at Dublin Nissan may have been the best alignment my car has had in a long time. My car feels solid. Dublin Nissan also performed the 70K mile maintenance, in addition, to the mist service. Fantastic. On top of that, their detailer did a great job. My last visit to Dublin Nissan was to fix a rattling noise coming from the steering column. They provided me with a loaner while they worked on my car for several days. I had other maintenance performed on my car during this visit, but at the end of the service, my car runs very well. I would definitely recommend Dublin Nissan to anyone who wants to be treated with professionalism and wants their car pampered. More

Took our Sentra in for an oil change and also heard a rattle from the air conditioner. Jason was very helpful and walked me through the process needed to get a warranty repair done. I was in the market for a 370Z and reached the point where I knew exactly what I wanted (370Z Nismo, white or gray). I had done extensive homework, contacted multiple dealers and had a couple of interes where I knew exactly what I wanted (370Z Nismo, white or gray). I had done extensive homework, contacted multiple dealers and had a couple of interesting offers. Then, through some ad, I did end up in contact with the Internet Sales Department of Dublin Nissan, more specifically Mariana Cangelosi. While at other dealers, it takes forever or is sometimes outright impossible to get a good deal without spending hours on the phone or being locked in a dealership, the experience was utterly pleasant with Mariana: (1) Had a phone call during which I explained in details what car I wanted (model, options, ...). She just took notes of what I wanted, no nasty trying to up sell me on this or that. (2) She took about an hour to figure out what car were available, were they were located and what deal she could offer. (3) Another phone call in which she described me the deal she had (exact car, options, ...), what the MSRP price of the car was, what the invoice price was and how much lower than that she could go. Because of my extensive homework, I knew these were extremely good deals and if I had only one regret was to have done so much homework. (4) Pick up which deal I wanted (in my case, which color) and be done with it. There was nothing funky going on, no trying to add crazy fees or last minute extras which increased the price. So, in hindsight, my recipe for the ultimate Nissan buying experience: (1) Figure out exactly what car you want and do minimal homework about what the ongoing price appears to be (do not go overkill on the homework, my only regret is that I did too much of it). (2) Call Mariana (others may be as good but she definitely is) and tell her about what you want. (3) Get a great offer from her within an hour or two. (4) Go deal with the paperwork and enjoy your new car instead of wandering for days in dealerships! There is no telling how much time you need to know exactly which model and color you want but once you do, the car can be yours in a day: a couple of hours in the morning to do the homework, call mariana at noon, get the offers by two, decide by four, go to the dealership by six, drive home with your new car in the evening. Reading all of the above, you may think it is too good to be true but it actually is and that is why I'm now going out of my way to take the time to write this both to help people have a nice way to buy a car but also to give Mariana the credits she deserves. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Received 50% oil change WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Received 50% oil change and free wheel alignment inspection flyer in the mail. CAME IN ONLY FOR THE OIL CHANGE & ALIG WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Received 50% oil change and free wheel alignment inspection flyer in the mail. CAME IN ONLY FOR THE OIL CHANGE & ALIGNMENT CHECK AND GOT OUT WITH UNNECESSARY WORRIES OF NEEDING A HEAD GASKET REPLACEMENT COSTING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Jason at write-up was reluctant to do the alignment check to confirm what an oil change place did previously arguing if they found its out of alignment, then it must be. I SAID WHY NOT, SINCE I HAVE A COUPON RIGHT THERE! SLOPPY OIL CHANGE, oil all over engine giving out a smell. UNBELIEVEABLE STORY OF RADIATOR NOT HAVING COOLANT. The temperature gauge did not go up, was steady, and normal upon drop off. If there is no coolant in the radiator, as told by jason, this contradicts their finding coolant in two cylinders when pressure tested. I can see refill of water in the reservoir, which was clear, fluid though in the radiator was green. I KNOW SYMPTOMS OF HEAD GASKET FAILURE and have an engineering degree that I was smart enough to get a second opinion. Pressure check by a "trusted" mechanic and spark plug wear on all cylinders are constant. Checked fluids before a long drive this weekend, temperature gauge steady and normal as it always have been and no engine power loss. Checked fluids after cool down to be the same as they were before the drive. More
