Originally, I purchased my 2010 370Z Nissan Roadster from a different Nissan dealership in Concord, CA. For my first oil change, and out of loyalty since I purchased my vehicle from that dealership, though a different Nissan dealership in Concord, CA. For my first oil change, and out of loyalty since I purchased my vehicle from that dealership, though it was an HOUR away, I decided to have the service there. But, though I had a appointment, I was there longer than anticipated which bothered me somewhat. San Leandro Nissan was a bit closer to me but, that location always seemed to be busy for whatever reason. So, I decided to go to Dublin Nissan for my next service and has never looked back. The staff is friendly, the customer service top notch, and the service on my vehicle is above par while completed in a timely manner. Cannot praise Dublin Nissan enough. More

Went to Nissan to get my oil changed this weekend and whenever I’m there I like to say hello to John. I had a warranty claim related to an untimely noise in the Cam-Chain area. After a fair amount of work with Nissan America we managed to get approval and get the work done. Dealer supported me the whole way...even to the point of providing a loan car. No more unpleasant sound, Pathfinder engine purrs as when it was new. Jesse has twice assisted me with what otherwise would have been expensive to fix, being in a warranty "grey area"; from a customer support perspective he is tops. Regards. More

Normally when I go to the dealers, I feel as if I am being taken advantage of because I am a lady. But this time, it did not feel that way. David Hernandez was very friendly and once the deal was made on the used car I purchased, he had the car detailed and added a few gallons of gas since it was on empty. I had a really good experience at Dublin Nissan. I was interested in a new Nissan Altima or a 2010 used Maxima as top choices, but would also take a Honda Accord, Ford Fusion, Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Camry interested in a new Nissan Altima or a 2010 used Maxima as top choices, but would also take a Honda Accord, Ford Fusion, Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Camry in that order. I started online and couldn't decide on a new or used 2010 Altima, whether I wanted a 3.5SE or a 2.5S. I emailed Dublin Nissan and Clint the Internet manager was very patient and gave me some good offers over email so I felt confident I could shop anywhere in the area and "come home" to Dublin Nissan at least on price. I started my test driving with Amin just before closing at Dublin Nissan with the Altima - he was willing to stay open late so I could "play test" the Maxima, but I declined cause I didnt want to waste their time. So I proceeded to test drive all the makes I was interested in at various locations around the area - as far as San Jose and Roseville. I also internet searched (to no avail) to find a quality used 2010 Maxima for the ridiculously low price I wanted. After a month of search and research, Clint continued to follow up with me - I changed my mind probably 3 times and decided on a 2011 Altima 2.5S with Convenience Package. I let Clint know the color and price I wanted and he agreed over email the same day. He didn't have it but had the car fleeted in from another dealership the next day. It came in late - after 9PM- so they offered to deliver it and do the final paperwork at my house the next day. Good points was customer service, follow up, friendliness, low pressure, and effort after the sale to fully show me the car and its features. Improvement points would be time spent waiting to process paperwork (2 hrs credit and 1.5 hrs delivery) and the 3.94% interest rate for an 830 credit score - I'm paying off the car so I didn't care, but someone else might. Overall very good experience - especially compared to other Nissan dealerships. More
Every time I go into the dealership, I always ask for Jesse Apostol as he is the most friendly and courteous service advisor there. And most of all he is HONEST with me. Being a woman I don't know much about cars and really appreciate that he takes the time to explain the service needed and what has to be done now or can wait to be done at a later visit. He also empathizes and understands that service can sometimes be costly and not something to make a quick decision about. If Jesse isn't available, I always wait for him as he treats me like a valued customer, not just a number, like some other service advisors there. High recommendations for Jesse! Kudos to Jesse! I hope he gets a raise for his praise! More
