I would highly recommend Dover Dodge over the other Dodge dealers in the area. First of all the experience was a pleasure, the sales associate I had Eddie Gaitan was honest and fair and listened to me. He dealers in the area. The price was where I wanted to be. As for my trade in vehicle they worked with me on that as well. My initial dealings with Eddie via email where straight forward and true. It wasn't a get you to the dealership and waste your time sutuation. They know a customers time is valuable. This sales associate and dealership went way beyond my expectations. I read so much good about the Jeep Grand Cherokee, I decided to have a look. I have always had sedans; never drove an SUV. Both of my sons have SUVs. They constantly telling me, how much better to drive an SUV than a sedan for various reasons. Few years ago we saw Dover Dodge moving into the neighbourhood what looked like as a very impressive dealership. I drive by them almost daily. So we finally decided to replace my three year old Malibu that was too small for us with an SUV. I did a lot of research on the internet. I found that the 2014 GC was available with terrific features. Based on the wealth of information available on the internet I narrowed the automobile I wanted to buy to the Limited with Luxury group II. We decided on the colors - white on the outside and beige on the inside. For many days I was watching the available inventory on the Jeep website. Finally one with the exact features was available at another dealer lot. So I visited Dover Dodge. Eddie the salesman was extremely helpful. On the first visit I test drove a GC. He even let me take the car all by myself. I wanted to see if I can fit it into the garage. I came back a second time with the wife and I test drove the GC. I also tried a 300. I liked the GC better. So after a few days we went back to close the deal. Eddie was very helpful, he gave us a good deal, answered all our question; we never felt pressured. So now we own a great car, very happy with it. I was not satisfied with service. Have had the truck less than a year. Brought it in because it would not turn off even when the key was taken out. Was told the sunroof was leaking and it damaged the less than a year. Brought it in because it would not turn off even when the key was taken out. Was told the sunroof was leaking and it damaged the computer system. Was then told that it wasn't covered under warranty and would have to pay $1100. I called Pete M. who sold me the truck and left a couple of messages and to date haven't even received a curtousey call back. More
