I had a great experience with the sales team, however I am extremely disappointed with the finance team. I purchased a vehicle through my business from this dealership in December 2021. They were clearly told that they were not to submit my personal credit as I was concerned it would show up on my persona dealership in December 2021. They were clearly told that they were not to submit my personal credit as I was concerned it would show up on my personal credit report. It is an asset of an incorporated business, so it does not belong on my credit report. I gave them all business information for credit, gave them my Dunn and Bradstreet #, and a corporate code to register the vehicle. I have bought other vehicles from different dealerships this exact same way through my business. A 100% company owned asset does not go on your personal credit report. I have tried to rectify this with Equifax, Experian, and Chrysler Capital. They all say the dealership has to correct it. The dealership has not taken any action, and I bought this to their attention on March 30th. Multiple emails by me to correct this have gone unanswered by the GM, Salesperson, and the Finance Manager. In addition, Dover Dodge took a $1,000.00 deposit from me for the truck. We came back to purchase the truck 2 days later, and the process to go through the contract involves a giant spinning "iPad" type digital signature unit in the finance managers office. Because of the speed and confusion of the transaction, I did not catch the fact that the $1,000.00 deposit was not on the documents. Only later when reconciling my QuickBooks did I discover the omission. When I called they said, "Oh, we would have caught that and sent it to you." Well, they didn't catch it, almost a month later. When exactly would they have caught it? Nobody would have been doing any further review of that file a month later. While it could have been an honest mistake, the fact that it occurred at all is unacceptable. Combining these 2 items shows an extremely sloppy financial department at best, and a dishonest one at worst. The fact that there is no check and balance to make sure the right amount was charged is ridiculous. If I had underpaid, I am sure that would have been caught. When I looked at other negative reviews, many of them called out unethical practices by the Finance Department in the review. This is in alignment with my experience. The Finance Manager, Justin Byron, tried to charge us $300 for "window etching" and said they could not remove the charge. When I told him they could keep the truck, he removed the charge immediately. The window etching that was supposedly already done, had never been done. They also committed to fixing some minor chips in the paint on the door handles. We went there on the day scheduled to have their "paint technician" do the work. It was 15 degrees outside, and they offered him a bay in the shop. The person doing the work declined, and the only reason I can come up with is because he wanted to smoke, as he reeked of cigarettes as soon as we walked up to get the truck. I don't care if you smoke, but don't expect me to believe that you can do paint work outside in the wind when it is 15 degrees. Needless to say, the work was terrible. As a rule, I do not give a bad review to a company unless it is truly deserved. This one is deserved. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the NJ Consumer Affairs department as well. Let's see if they respond to that. Even if they solve the problem, the review stays. I was nice about each of the "mistakes." Now we can do it this way. More
We purchased a certified used 2021 Dodge Ram Limited truck. Although our initial experience with the purchase was good, they owed us a couple of service items. Furthermore we had been having another issue with the truck that we asked to have addressed and because of very poor communication at the dealership we have been unable to get them to address the issue. We called again this week and my husband was told he would get a call back and still have not received that call back. I would give a much higher rating if the customer service was better. More

Horrible service experience. Dropped my car off to have a abs light inspected and also a brake inspection. After the diagnosis I stated I would do the work myself and buy the parts. I payed for the diagnostics and when i went to drive out of the lot my car would barely stop and the abs light was worse. then i agreed to do the service there instead of paying for a tow...1100 dollars and 2 days later the truck was no different. Very Very soft braking and abs light still flashing. Cant help but think it was a way for the tech to rack up service bills and make more money off me but it could be an honest mistake. Either way I payed a lot of money for a car that went from having an issue to now borderline undriveable because it takes very very long to stop. Service advisors seemed cool and also frustrated for my issue and didn't seem to try and upsell me in any way like other places but they aren't the ones working on the vehicles. More
I’ve been going to this dealer for years. Just worked with Ryan for the first time and it was the easiest leasing experience I’ve ever had. Ryan is a great guy, honest, easy to work with and no bs! After paying for the Jeep, it goes to a zero! Never and I mean never a call back. We’ve left messagessssssss since day 2 of ownership to inquire about purchasing the extended warranty. We’ve left messages for our sales person as our temporary tags will be expired in a few days, no call back. ( and he promised to have our Jeep touched up due to scratches when we do come to get our tags.) promised six months of Sirius radio. Nope Sirius said no one from dealership called. I tried emailing. Just want the finance person to call and the sales person! Helllllllo! Just callus back! The one star is for no communication. During the sales it would be a five star. More
