This was the 3rd dealership i had visited that day. I was looking to trade in my FWD Escape for an AWD/4WD Vehicle. After a bad experience at dealership #2 my husband was done for the day. I pushed him for j looking to trade in my FWD Escape for an AWD/4WD Vehicle. After a bad experience at dealership #2 my husband was done for the day. I pushed him for just one more place. When you first walk in, Larissa is sitting right in front with a smile, and a VERY pleasant personality, already making you feel comfortable. I was lucky to sit with JC. As a female going to buy a car, there are still those dealers, that treat you like an uneducated woman. With the dreadful first question of "which color do you want?" I HATE THAT!!! I did not feel that way here. I was treated with respect. I told JC what i wanted, and what i had to work with. He was awesome, never once gave me that, you need to meet me halfway, He worked his magic, and got me into a 2013 AWD Dodge. Never once told me my demands were unrealistic.Goldie in finance was great as well, and i was not easy to work with. He was as patient has can be. I could not get over the honesty from them as well. My overall experience was awesome! I trade in cars often, so i know my way around a dealership, and the art of deal making. Dover Dodge was GREAT! I am so happy with my Dodge purchase as well. CUSTOMER SERVICE DISASTER! NEVER RECEIVED MY REGISTRATION. HAD TO CALL AND ASK THEM WHEN I WAS RECEIVING IT. THEY TOLD ME TO DRIVE DOWN AND PICK IT UP KNOWING I WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF DRIVE FROM REGISTRATION. HAD TO CALL AND ASK THEM WHEN I WAS RECEIVING IT. THEY TOLD ME TO DRIVE DOWN AND PICK IT UP KNOWING I WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF DRIVE FROM THEM (I ALSO CANNOT DRIVE THE TRUCK WITH AN EXPIRED REGISTRATION) THEY REFUSED TO OVER NIGHT IT UNTIL I CALLED DODGE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO SPOKE TO DENNIS. SHE SAID HE WAS NASTY WITH HER TOO. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WOULD SEND THEM THE TICKET IF I GOT PULLED OVER HE CALLED ME AN IGNORANT WOMAN. JC MY SALES REP LIED TO DENNIS SAYING HE TRIED TO CONTACT ME ASKING ME FOR THE MY PLATE NUMBER AND IT WAS MY FAULT THE REGISTRATION NEVER CAME. WHAT A LIAR. NEVER AGAIN! I WILL GO BACK TO SURESKY IN GOSHEN NY. THEY ALSO WILL ASK YOU TO RATE THEM A 10 WHEN DODGE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS YOU. AFTER THEY KNEW I RATED THEM A 10 THAT IS WHEN THEY DIDN'T CARE ANYMORE. More

I had a great experience at Dover Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Rockaway. I visited at the recommendation of a co-worker, he had a similar positive experience at the dealership. I entered the dealership which a budget and some MUSTS for vehicle I wanted. We discussed the pros and cons for getting a used car, but after speaking with John and Pete we realized leasing a new 2013 Durango would be a great option for me. I have never leased a car before, so I had a lot of questions. John and Pete answered all my questions, made me feel very comfortable with no pressure. They were able to put me in a beautiful new car within my budget. They also were able to give me a great price on my trade. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
