See case below: Dover Dodge Chrysler Jeep, 396 US-46, **2016 Jeep Cherokee** BUYER BEWARE - UNETHICAL - UNSAFE FOR YOUR FAMILY, READ BELOW: Initially the transaction went smooth. While having my test drive on my vehicle there was a weird shaking when going above 60mph, I was told that this was normal but they will kindly check it out at their service center. Now, I've been driving for 30+ years and I do understand cars, I've also bought multiple used cars and never has issues or shaking like this. I was surprised that this type of shaking would exist on a brand new vehicle, but I had the hope that their service center will be able to fix this issue, as the car is obviously still under warranty. *Service Update* - Apparently the car needed to be "balanced and aligned" and all sorts of things were adjusted to finally deliver a good experience with this vehicle. All of these resulted in a LIE - the tires were never adjusted, the car was never balanced. *Service Update #2* - Took it again to the service center because the issue would still go on, apparently they had to once again adjust, align and balance. I questioned myself, wasn't this something that was already done previously? I buy a brand new car, wasted over $40,000+ and Im stuck at the dealers service center while someone is trying to convince me that this issue is normal. While at this centers, one of the managers was kind enough to hop on the vehicle and drive it on Route 80, as that is a perfect example when it starts shaking, he also detected and made note of this issue., he agreed that this wasn't normal and something should be done. I take it back to Dover Dodge Chrysler Jeep, 396 US-46, Rockaway, NJ and guess what im told? This issue is normal, its no big deal, they dont find any problems with it. They come up with all these excuses to not honor and deliver a satisfying product. Im extremely disappointed in the service and quality that these people are trying to deliver, it is an absolute SHAME, that JEEP vehicles and JEEP service centers are still not up to par with other brands like TOYOTA. Up to this date I am STILL going back and forth with this problem, STILL having the same issues, STILL being insisted that this is normal, and STILL scammed and stuck with a $40,000. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, IF YOU DONT WANT ANY HEADACHES, GO WITH ANOTHER DEALER THAT ISN'T OWNED BY THE SAME PERSON, OR STICK WITH JAPANESE CARS. More
