He was both fair and honest and was able to walk me through the process of turning in my lease early to minimize the Kevin was excellent to work with. After leaving I had problems with the car itself (alignment was not right), and he got an appointment for me immediately. Although I would've preferred to have a brand new car with no problems, they handled the whole situation in a very timely and professional manner. More
