ESSERMAN MADE IT RIGHT I recently went to Acura for an oil change and unknown to me, left the dealership with oil leaking from my vehicle. I took my car to my mechanic and w I recently went to Acura for an oil change and unknown to me, left the dealership with oil leaking from my vehicle. I took my car to my mechanic and was advised that the oil drain plug was not installed correctly and my vehicle was almost out of oil. I was really upset and contacted Esserman. I spoke with Ruth, a general manager at Esserman, and was told to bring my vehicle in. Ruth provided me with a loaner vehicle, introduced me to the head foreman, and had my vehicle checked. Esserman checke3dmy vehicle, made sure it was in proper working order, and repaid me for the money I spent at my mechanic. While the whole ordeal was inconvenient, Esserman went out of their way to remedy the problem and provide me with great service. I was truly impressed with the team at Esserman. Shane on you Esserman! I have been servicing my car at Esserman for the past 4 years without issue. That is until Sally was the service advisor assigned. The service adviso I have been servicing my car at Esserman for the past 4 years without issue. That is until Sally was the service advisor assigned. The service advisor should be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable as they are the face of the dealership and your primary customer contact. On this front, Sally failed. She did not follow up on an issue with my car as promised and did not contact me until I posted a complaint. She was busy every time I called and failed to return calls. If not for Robert, who greeted and assisted me, I might still be waiting for my car. Sally should take a lesson from Robert, who in this customers opinion, is professional and more qualified to handle customer service. If you’re unhappy with a bad review, one would think you might go out of your way to change that instead of making the situation worse. Sally my advice is to not ignore your customers, it reflects poorly on you and worse on the dealership. Lastly, instead of the usually follow up call, I got an email from Esserman and they did not send the usual review link. Clearly they know there was a problem and clearly they prefer not to correct it. Shame on you! More

I was surprised by how quickly they responded after a TLX was added to Car Gurus. When I arrived at the dealership's used car division, from the start the staff was friendly and professional. Daniel De Mena was awesome! He was easy going with no pressure. The whole experience was pleasant with a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership and would buy again from Esserman Intl Acura. More
