Worked on my car till the repairs were successful. I had some complicated electronic problem and Sally stayed on top till it was resolved. I had to take the car back a couple of times to complete the repairs (no extra charge) and she had a loaner ready every time. She certainly gives you a sense of trust. I am new in town and I will go back to the dealership every time I need any service at all. With my experience, it's too good not to do so. Everyone there, the telephone operator, Maria, the guys with the "loaner cars" and specially Sally Triana, are champions at customer service. Very refreshing. M Zara More
