BUYER BEWARE I came into this dealership looking to sell my truck, they had reached out to me after I put it for sale online. I then brought the truck up at the scheduled appointment and Both the peopl sell my truck, they had reached out to me after I put it for sale online. That was the first then after they looked at my vehicle and hooked it up to the computer, they decided to tell me I had ECM on my truck so I was concerned because there was no check engine light on so what I did next was take the truck to my local Chevy dealership since it was under warranty and had it checked by them where they said nothing was wrong with it and showed me that no codes were being brought up by my ECM so The only thing I can come up with is they fabricated a piece of paper that showed error codes in order to try to get me to lower my price on the truck very shady salesman at the dealership I highly recommend going elsewhere I would never recommend this dealership or the people that work there BUYER BEWARE! More
I bought a used Jeep Renegade. I was told it would have a 3 month warranty. I called and had my jeep back in on March 23rd. There was an issue with the blue tooth, rattling noise f I was told it would have a 3 month warranty. I called and had my jeep back in on March 23rd. There was an issue with the blue tooth, rattling noise from the rear view mirror, the black button on passenger side wasn't working.and needed the day light bulb that needed to be changed. I didn't get it back u til April 10th. Guess what I called them back on the 11th because my passenger window was not rolling back up and it was whistling. I was told the warranty didn't cover the windows. I was a mean and I'll admit that. However I already paid a car payment and basically have to get my window fix out of my pocket? More

7 WEEKS. They have had my Jeep in for service for 7 WEEKS. Went in January 29th. Completely unresponsive when I try to get more info. Lifetime warranty....someone submitted the paperwork incorrectly. Service managers, both old and new, of zero help. Informed the new one I would be in to pick a loaner (that I am entitled to) within the hour. One of the salesman walked.us to his office area and let him know we were there. 15 MINUTES LATER he decides to come out of the office. No apology, no explanation, no further information. That was on Feb 26th. Contacted the dealer principal. Said he would get more info and call me back. Guess what?? NO RESPONSE. On March 6th, I am finally told it was resubmitted correctly, but now they want records.from previous dealer service. They have a VIN number and all systems that can see work. But no, I have to now contact the previous dealers from my previous state and get more paperwork....sure, let me do your job for you. Sent paperwork electronically on Mar 7th....STILL NOTHING. I have no words. I'm now contacting Jeep directly. NEVER AGAIN. More
We had a deal done on a 23 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from another dealer and something told me to make one more phone call and thank goodness I did as our sales rep Luis Alvarez went above and beyond to try another dealer and something told me to make one more phone call and thank goodness I did as our sales rep Luis Alvarez went above and beyond to try to beat the deal we had to get us the 23 Gladiator Mojave we truly wanted. We live in North Florida and were heading down to Orlando a four-hour drive one way to get the Rubicon when we got a call from Todd Lyons one of the sales managers with the numbers we needed to drive the extra hour to get the Mojave from Winter Haven Dodge/Jeep. We were able to get Luis all the docs needed on the ride down to get us in and out when we arrived later that evening. We arrived to Luis and MJ our finance mgr waiting on us by Pebbles and yes we name our vehicle daughters lol. They made sure we were taken care of from start to finish of the delivery process. We left heading home and got a call from Luis right after we left asking if we could come back to get a 50" TV as an added bonus and we couldn't get back there soon enough lol. We SOOOOOO appreciate Luis and Todd for putting this deal together and will give them the final shot on any of our future vehicle needs as well as referring family/friends. We would definitely recommend that you give them the final shot to earn your business as will not be disappointed!!! More
