From the moment I arrived at Dirito Brothers, I was greeted warmly, and directed to the person who would be helping me, Marina Felix. She then explained in detail what services I needed to repair the problem. She said she would call me when the car was ready. I was given the paperwork, with the price listed, and was told about the three-month payment plan. This was excellent information. True to her word, she called me, and I was able to pick up the car that same day. I cannot say enough about the EXCELLENT service that was provided by Marina Felix. I would also like to thank the technicians who worked on my car, who did a spectacular job in repairing the car. More

Took my id4 for paint/carpet seal. Got my car back and did an inspection and found the techs that worked on my car pulled the weather mats with the plugs right out of the floor and le Got my car back and did an inspection and found the techs that worked on my car pulled the weather mats with the plugs right out of the floor and leaving the backing under the carpet and the pegs snapped edges. They put it back and did not let the service managers know. Mostly waisting everyone time especially mine to show the service manager and since no parts and had to be ordered. I then have to drive back and have the dealer install all 4 driver and passenger side pegs. Mind you this is a brand new id4. I now have to wait about 4 working days before i can bring the car in to install the new pegs. No issues with the service manager she did an excellent job on handling the situation. I hope they do something to the people who did the work on my car. More
