Pro: Sean (in the service department) is a good guy to work with and is able to answer the questions that I have. He is someone that I want to go back to each time that my car needs to go in for any type work with and is able to answer the questions that I have. Aside from the fact that there aren’t any loaners EVER lol, which seems to be beyond their control.
