Hey Kyle, I believe it was the third time we took our car there for service but only because it’s the only VW dealer in the area. Every time the service was mediocre, not too bad but far from being good. I won’t need your store services anymore (that’s a great thing) since we’ll trade the car in very soon. The difference from your Walnut Creek store and the VW store in San Rafael is screaming, and that’s why we will do the recall & trade in with the San Rafael store.
