Kevin was very nice and patiently described what was wrong with my car and helped me understand my options. I am VERY DISAPOINTED in Volkswagen. The malfunction in my less than two year old Jetta makes wrong with my car and helped me understand my options. I am VERY DISAPOINTED in Volkswagen. The malfunction in my less than two year old Jetta makes it undrivable and I feel unsafe. And the fact that the parts are not available for up to three months is ridiculous. Not what I expected More
