This review is regarding the most recent recall for the door handles. Called the service department regarding the recall and talk to Sean who was able to get me an appointment on the date and time I wante door handles. The day of the recall repairs, everything went efficiently and smoothly. Sean met me and explained the whole process involved and made sure I understood the process. Sean was extremely courteous and kind in making sure I was comfortable with the services involved. Also told Sean the trunk door was giving me trouble once awhile by refusing to close properly. Sean told me he would ask the repair professional to look into it and they took care of it. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and excellent quality of services I had receive from both Sean and the service department. Was a long time Toyota owner before I purchased the ID 4 and happy to say I am now a loyal VW owner. Big thanks to Sean and the service department for their super customer services! More

The first time I attempted to use my horn after the service dept replaced the driver airbag under a recall, the horn was inoperative. When i called Service, they said it was likely a not their fault, a service dept replaced the driver airbag under a recall, the horn was inoperative. When i called Service, they said it was likely a not their fault, and suggested my horn not working was a coincidence probably due to the heavy rains. My car lives in a covered carport. So now I’m expected to go back to the dealer and hope they decide the horn breaking is their fault and not a mysterious short in a 7 year old car. More

They didnt perform all on the recommended service. I have a defective moonroof but they didnt even open it to check or recommend a fix. I have a detached splash guard that they didnt even notice.
