I had to keep calling for status of my car repair. I was not notified otherwise. I have gone to another Volkswagen dealership and was constantly updated on status of repairs and offered an Uber/ride t I was not notified otherwise. I have gone to another Volkswagen dealership and was constantly updated on status of repairs and offered an Uber/ride to home or work. Workers were friendly at the other dealership. I probably won't visit this facility again. More
