I’ve been coming in for service for 10 years. The dealership is looking a little ragged these days. The waiting area and restroom are looking rundown, but I was greeted nicely and check-in was ea The dealership is looking a little ragged these days. The waiting area and restroom are looking rundown, but I was greeted nicely and check-in was easy. What was not great, was how long I had to wait for my car after returning to the dealership to pay. And the staff didn’t seem to care that I waited 20+ mins for them to bring my car around. They knew I was coming in because they’d arranged a Lyft to bring me back. It seemed like they wanted me to go find my own car in their backlot. I returned twice to the cashier to say I couldn’t find my car. Eventually someone drove my car up to the door, but the communication wasn’t great and I only got a very lukewarm apology. I’m unsure if I will continue bringing my car in for service here. The dealership is very expensive and if the service isn’t top notch, it just isn’t worth it to me any more. More

Very expensive routine maintenance and for the last two times I’ve taken my car for maintenance, after the first session my battery died, despite theoretically checking the battery. I scheduled a quick 2 yr service with only 13,000 miles. I had stated that I planned to wait for my vehicle. I was switched to an all day apt to cover recalls with NO loaner despite this being my work vehi I had stated that I planned to wait for my vehicle. I was switched to an all day apt to cover recalls with NO loaner despite this being my work vehicle. Despite no loaner and having my car ALL day due to recalls, they didn’t even bother to wash or charge my iD4. When picking up my vehicle, I had to ask what work was done. The service person didn’t really know and even suggested that this vehicle needed new brakes! I have had nothing but problems with VW. My previous “repair on 1 yr car” took 5 months which they then blamed on me!!! If you need to contact corporate you cannot. Even service department cannot contact corporate. Run from VW brand! More
