I knew it was too good to be true, you drive from miles and miles away to come to find out they don't even have want you want.. WASTE OF TIME!! On the other hand, there customer service is the worst!! They all tell you different things and different prices etc, and they don't even call back when your trying to reach them. Very rude and nasty would not recommend to ANYONE! More

Terrible!!!! I WOULD NOT EVER SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN. This was my first time buying my own car. Come to found out my car now had two accidents prior to me even gett I WOULD NOT EVER SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN. This was my first time buying my own car. Come to found out my car now had two accidents prior to me even getting it. One that had "air bag deployment". The car was not worth for the amount of money they were selling it for. I got ripped off. I put a HUGE DOWN PAYMENT. It makes me upset because the value of my car doesn't even equal to my loan so no other place is going to buy my car. Make sure you check the CARFAX with this dealership. I'm upset because they ruined my first car buying experience. More

The warranty place gave the money to the car dealer dips and dips is claiming I didn't pay my down payment when I have receipt saying I did along with the credit card statement. Dips told me they will not give me my 3500. Unfortunately now the warranty company is involved and is willing to file complaint with me to attorney general. If anyone has a problem with these guys go to the attorney general of New Jersey if they get enough complaints this place will get shut down as it should! It's a lot of paperwork but worth it. More

Worst Experience In My Life. This dealership if full of theives in suits. Costumer service is horrible. And the paperwork is sneaky, you have to read EVERYTHING they want you to sign, don't trust their description of the paper work. They are going to try and make you sign a waiver for any obligations to the car once it's sold. So if the car breaks down the moment you drive it off the lot or a week later and you bring it back for them to fix THEY WILL NOT!!!! And DO NOT buy any extended warranty from them. ITS A SCAM!!!!! They warranty will not cover your car plus it added an extra $5,000 to your total of your car!!!!! They SEEM very friendly overlong you food, coffee, etc. when you get there but all that's fluff to get your guard down. Be mindful who you give your money to people. This isn't a business that deserves to be open. More

The girl put me on hold and assured me it was there so we proceeded to go. As we got there and looked around the lot the car was nowhere to be found the man went inside to check and said this car was returned to auction this morning. I said I just called 45 minutes ago and asked the Woman and told her I wanted to check before I drove all the way there and she assured me it was here. They obviously put pretty cars on their websites with very attractive pricing to Lure the customers there and don't even have these cars available. We were so disappointed and wasted a lot of time this morning and our car search. More
