Got a great deal and will be taking this car back to Dimmitt for all service. Since the service being done was under warranty the questions regarding quotes and price paid do not apply. More

Chris did several things that made my car buying experience comfortable. First, Chris helped my wife and I find the right vehicle for our needs. In this case it was a Traverse that can carry ALL 6 of my grandkids as well as my wife and I. Secondly, he made sure that I received a refund of my unused extended warranty for my used car. He even called the other dealership to make sure I received that refund. Third, he made me aware of the fact that it's a good idea to present evidence of what my credit union could finance my purchase for so that I could get the best loan percentage. Fourth, Chris understood that my wife hates car shopping so he had her actively involved in the selection of the vehicle but had me do the financial and technical part of the process. Went in to buy an Equinox and had a trade. I also had a truecar.com savings certificate. The salespersons mixed all the numbers together and my money down ended up paying for my trade which they offered w truecar.com savings certificate.
