This is my second experience with Chris as I previously purchased my 2012 Malibu from him. Chris is always fair and will get the best for anyone. He is a good man and does not take advantage of anyone. I will recommend anyone looking to purchase an automobile to ask for Chris Neumann. This time I came I just purchased my 5th Silverado from Dimmit and Chris Neuman. He is always eager to go above and beyond to make the deal go my way. This time I came out with much more truck than I previously had and I was able to upgrade with no money out of pocket and only a marginal payment increase, which may well be offset by lower insurance (more safety features) and better gas mileage. He did his homework and had a truck out front waiting for me that was everything he promised and more than I was expecting. My wife and I have been buying from Chris for almost 12 years and his outstanding service and friendly dealership will keep us coming back! Bill More

A Moment Like This.. From the first time my fiance and I stepped foot onto the tent event sales in Oldsmar. Chris had made us so comfortable. We were so nervous looking at the sharks in the tank waiting to be a victim. Instead Chris took us and lead us around. There was one vehicle in particular we loved. It was perfect. We have a family of three small girls all in carseats so size mattered. We looked at the price and worry swept our faces. But not Chris's. We went to the tables and filled out our app and left our future in his hands. At that time it felt so nerve racking like finding out the sex of your first born or watching your daughter go to preschool for the first time. We held each other's hands and just told eachother what ever happens we made that jump. Just then the song "a moment like this" by Kelly Clarkson came on. We both smirked and Chris came back and said we were approved. With so much joy and happiness filled in our hearts we both started to cry tears of joy. From that day forth we knew who to go to and who would take care of our family needs. Not even 2 years later our jobs were blossoming and the kids were growing. We needed a little more than what we had. Again Chris was the first in our hearts. We explained to him our needs and expectations for our new vehicle. Something to last a while, something safe and reliable. And without a blink of an eye this man changed our lives once again. Not only meeting eeverything discussed but going above and beyond. Poor customer service On May 21, 2014 I stopped in at Dimmitt Chevrolet used car sales. I had seen a 2005 Ford Expedition on line at autotrader.com. I had called ahead to m On May 21, 2014 I stopped in at Dimmitt Chevrolet used car sales. I had seen a 2005 Ford Expedition on line at autotrader.com. I had called ahead to make sure the vehicle was available and was told by Mary Ellen it was and ask for her when I arrive and she would put me with a sales specialist. When I arrived I was put with David Soby. A nice man who took me out to the vehicle. It had recently been received on the lot and had not been serviced yet. I took it for a drive and liked it. I pointed out some concerns like tires, brakes, paint and I was told that the service department would check out the entire vehicle. David and I talked price and he went to the manager several times and we finally agreed on a price. I still had concerns but was told that they would check out the vehicle before I picked it up the next day. I was also hesitate because I was leaving town the Friday morning. I made the deal and bought the Ford as/is knowing they would run it through the service department. I pick up the truck on Thursday evening. It looked new. I left town Friday morning going to S.C. As I headed up I75 is when I realized I had an A/C problem. When I returned on Tuesday I texted David to see if they could help me out. The extended warranty was not activated and I also found out it would not take care of my issue. So I texted David and told I guess I was screwed. His reply was "sorry". So now I have a truck less than a week and I have to put it in the shop. I will not refer family, friends, coworkers or enemies to this dealership.
