Won’t Buy from Here Again but Amy in Service is Great Updated Review: after a lot of back and forth, Amy in service was able to escalate and resolve a large portion of the issues and after talking to Fina Updated Review: after a lot of back and forth, Amy in service was able to escalate and resolve a large portion of the issues and after talking to Finance/GM it was discovered that the most expensive issue wasn’t “under warranty” because the part itself is covered under the factory warranty for 100k miles. It seems like no one was aware of it, which makes me wonder how many people have spent hundreds of dollars by just going with that they are told vs actually getting to the bottom of it. So while I do give them 2 more stars, they are SOLELY because these two people truly took the time to actually attempt to dig deeper and created a better customer experience. Hopefully this makes for a smoother experience for the next customer with this issue. Original Review: Had the car for a month, pay an extra $40/mo for extra “bumper to bumper and computer warranties”. The charger stopped working (it’s an electric car), the charger door is loose and the entire undercarriage splash guard falls out. They want nearly $700 to fix it and a $135 diagnostic fee just for LOOKING at the car. Worst car buying/service experience of my life More
Overall horrible Bad buying experience, asked to have it trailered from orlando-that didn’t happen. Picked it up after dark and couldn’t fully see the entire vehicle. Bad buying experience, asked to have it trailered from orlando-that didn’t happen. Picked it up after dark and couldn’t fully see the entire vehicle. Drive home, next morning we checked it over with a fine toothed come...guess what!? Someone hit a curb or something, causing major scraps on the number guard, a couple scuffs on the bumper, and it pushed the bumper into the quarter panels causing paint chips at the corners. Took it in for pictures and to get replacement parts ordered. Within a week, we started smelling what appeared to be fumes coming in through the vents and a horrible smell surrounding it after shutting it off. Have taken it back 3 times and called numerous times to inquire about said parts and only the number guard was in the notes (along with mismatched side door trim). These people really don’t care! Just took it to AutoNation Chevy and they found the problem within 30 minutes and are already tearing it down to fix it. I’ll be contacting GM corporate about this entire situation! Buyer beware!!! More
