The customer service and professionalism of Dimmitt Sales Team is hands down the best experience is all of my years of purchasing vehicles. I traded in my 2006 GTO for a 2014 Wrangler Sports and got a great deal on my trade in and the price of the Jeep. I would recommend if your looking for a new or user vehicle the Dimmitt Team makes it so easy and it is truly about the customer. Great Dealership and Team. I will be back to shop again in the future. More
This dealership will scam you DO NOT buy a used car from this dealer as they use deceptive advertising practices. I went there to look at a used car advertised on Autotrader. The advertised price on Autotrader was not the actual price and they hiked it up by over $1,200 for what they called reconditioning fees. The general manager is a thief and I had to bite my tongue every time he said the words “to be honest with you.” Trust me when I tell you that they are far from honest with you and they will gouge you for every dime they can. Be smart and take your business elsewhere. More

Get Dylan to do a walk around for me, verbally commit to a vehicle, do the website credit app, get approved as expected, schedule with the rep my drive down this morning to pick up the vehicle.. My THREE HOUR drive down. Notify Dylan last night I am coming this morning. Notify Dylan on my way out the door this morning. Notify Dylan an hour out from dealer.. 10 minutes from dealership, Dylan calls to alert me the vehicle has been sold.. Sold a couple hours earlier apparently. Now in the process of arranging delivery..... Gave me some story that company policy does not allow them to hold a vehicle because I might not choose to buy it. Basically stating, the loyalty of our customers mean nothing.. Yes, I get upset, only to have him ask me, "Why are you taking this personally?" Well I don't know Dylan... I took an entire day of my time to drive to his dealership, a hard credit inquiry on a particular vehicle I was committing to, a sales rep that took NO decency to confirm the vehicle was NO LONGER AVAILABLE, but was completely fine to confirm I was en-route?? You tell me.. I wouldn't give this dealer a dime.. More
Worst DEALERSHIP EVER Had my suv in a few times for oil consumption issues, they forgot to write it down on paperwork. This has been going on for over one and a half years. Had my suv in a few times for oil consumption issues, they forgot to write it down on paperwork. This has been going on for over one and a half years. This last time they had it in because it was making noise and burning excessive oil but driving smooth.They found another recall on it said they would fix it tore my engine apart replaced a few parts then tells me I have bad pistons which will cost 3K. I didn’t have it so they put my SUV back together . I picked it up and it was shaking like crazy... almost like a tire would fall off. I took it back and said you did something to ruin my car. Plus oil was excessively lost. They are refusing to fix and have even lied stating GM Corp. denied claim. I call Corp. they never denied the repair! Also said my car is unsafe to drive keep the rental and they would get back to me in two days. Shannon Johnson at Dimmitt in customer service which is a joke is the rudest unprofessional person I have ever met in my intire life! Kept texting me and basically threatening me I must return rental and she didn’t care what GM Corp . Said it wasn’t their call! So they are good with their customers driving a unsafe vehicle they broke! My car drove great before they took my engine apart!! More

I didn't get to play much. They had my 2018 Equinox LS finished much sooner than I expected. In fact, I didn't really believe them when they said it was parked outside and waiting for me. I figured they had me confused with somebody else. I looked outside and reality hit me. There was my Equinox parked at the end waiting for me, and they vacuumed it out too. They even replaced the oil change sticker in the upper left of the windshield. I had a smile on my face all the way out the driveway to US-19. More

Disappointed in lack of communication. I asked for the earliest appointment and told them I would even drop off my car in the afternoon of the day before and leave it so it would be there o I asked for the earliest appointment and told them I would even drop off my car in the afternoon of the day before and leave it so it would be there on time. I asked for it to be ready for me to get back that morning, I got a 7:30 appointment, but I never heard from anyone still by lunchtime. I had to call them and found my assigned person was not there. The car wasn't ready until late in the day. This is exactly what happened the last time I brought it there...exactly. Poor communication 2 out of 2 times. . More
Great dealership with minor issues I first and foremost have to say that Dimmitt Chevrolet is a great dealership and I usually dislike dealerships for their scary tactics. But Eric was I first and foremost have to say that Dimmitt Chevrolet is a great dealership and I usually dislike dealerships for their scary tactics. But Eric was our salesperson and he was very down to earth and easy to communicate with. We lived 4 hours away and he was very good about keeping in touch with me in regards to closing a deal. I was very happy to hear that they got me the payment that I was looking for and was able to secure a deal on my dream car. One issue I ran into was that I found the car through Cargurus and the selling price was not the same as what the dealer was selling it for. The 3k difference was Cargurus price when you trade in a certain vehicle under the dealerships loyalty program. Luckily, Eric was able to advise me of the price difference before I made the long drive down there. Upon arriving at the dealer, I was told the vehicle was all gassed up and cleaned. Unfortunately, the car was only gassed up and not detailed. The only reason why that was an issue was because I wanted to be in and out of the dealer because we had a long day of driving back, after already driving 4 hours to get there. But throughout the extra time there, they were very accommodating in getting the paperwork done and set to be signed. The one thing that I wasn't aware of was the extended warranty that I thought was being added on, free of charge. Come to find out in the paperwork, that I am actually paying 3k extra for the warranty. So while I thought I was being "hooked up" with that extra coverage, I'm actually paying for it regardless. But nonetheless, they were still able to get me in the range I was looking to pay and couldn't be happier with my new ride. You guys made it happen and can't thank Eric and Abe enough. I would definitely buy from there again! More

He was laying in the ground working on a part on this mans car and fixed it right there. He then proceeded to help me. He is very professional and polite . He always makes me feel like a member of his family! He cares about his customers . Kailey who answers the phone most of the time when I call , is always polite and courteous which is always great when you call to set an appointment with the service department . Shawn is also very professional and always attentive to his customers. Great team there at Dimmitt! More

He also did a great job of setting an expectation for when a diagnosis was to be made and how long it would take to resolve the issue. He ended up ordering a part and had it overnighted to install the following day. When I came back the next day, he said it would take an hour to replace the part and I was finished on time. Kyle's energy made the whole visit enjoyable and Dimmitt has an asset in him. I will continue to service my vehicle here and will only work with Kyle. More
