The sales team was very professional and friendly when I was there to buy my truck. Roll ahead less than 3 weeks and the battery is dead when I go out to leave for work. The truck is used, a 2016 with 31k miles, but I pay for warranty (which I understand in most cases doesn't cover a battery) but even small car lots normally give a 30 day warranty to keep customers that have spent a ton of money with them happy right? I called and they recommend bringing it and they'd see what we could do to fix this issue. I went, wasted a extra couple of hours being bounced from one person to another who "couldn't help" with my issue. They did offer free insulation (which I can easily do myself) but wouldn't even give me any discount on the $160 battery. I'll never deal with Dimmit again because of a $160 battery. More

Received a Used car quote for $4000 more than its advertised I was looking to buy a used car from them because it was priced competitively, around 13K advertised price with taxes and documentation fees extra sa I was looking to buy a used car from them because it was priced competitively, around 13K advertised price with taxes and documentation fees extra said on advertisement, I called a sales representative and he told me the car would cost me nearly 17K with all the taxes and fees applied, when I received the quote I saw some of the ridiculous fees and charges I have ever seen, like Recon fee over 1.1K, Documentation fee 1k( which is so far highest I've ever seen) i don't understand the charge of 500 non tax fees round them up I got quote for 17K, wow what a rip off, I'm from Georgia and I saved myself some time, who ever wants to buy a used car from them don't fall for their false advertised price, when you add up everything, they are the highest priced. I had called into Dimmitt with a couple questions regarding financing and more. I spoke to one person, whom I cannot recall their name at the moment. They told me they would have to give me a call back. I received a call back from Chris, whom retrieved the information I needed and returned my call in a timely manner. He was able to get us into the store within an hour of our initial call. When we arrived he was available the moment we walked in the door and remembered my name from the phone call. I brought my Fiancé and three children with me and he was very kind to all of us. He took the time to consider all of my needs, answered all of my questions, and pin-pointed the vehicles that fit my criteria. He was very patient with me as I walked through each of my options. Chris was extremely informative and confident in his knowledge of the vehicles. He was very fluent answering all of my questions and concerns. He was able to decipher between my needs and wants and found the vehicle that fit my financial abilities AND satisfy my ego. Once I had finalized my decision on a vehicle, the process was so smooth and quick. He listened when he needed information from me, I don't remember having to repeat myself once. Chris walked me through each step with ease. He was ahead of the game at every point. A complete 15/10 for Chris. After Chris finished with us, we met a gentlemen named Sal. Sal was also a great man to work with. He was able to save me a couple hundred dollars and did his job efficiently. He went over everything I needed to know and his customer service was above and beyond expectation. Thank you Chris and Sal for the great experience.
