I bought a 2018 Chevy Colorado from someplace else and I brought it in there had one of them to check it out completely from front to back also had a antifreeze leak that I was smelling in the cab they kept brought it in there had one of them to check it out completely from front to back also had a antifreeze leak that I was smelling in the cab they kept it for 2 days tell me they couldn't find the leak and everything else was good a week later the heater core went that late in the cab wound up needing brakes all the way around the salesman was great but the mechanics not good at all wouldn't go back for service again I don't want it lose my my truck for 2 to 3 days the two times I bought it in there that's what happened two to three days to get it back which is ridiculous and no loaner car that's even worse they need to improve on many things that's why I went there because I thought they were a great place to get your car worked on and their prices are just ridiculous More
Bought a Jeep here in 2021 and was promised everything was just serviced, nothing needs to be worked on or replaced, and everything is in working order. Not even 5 months later, my head gaskets already ne was just serviced, nothing needs to be worked on or replaced, and everything is in working order. Not even 5 months later, my head gaskets already need to be replaced, I had the hose changed, and it needed an oil change after it was “recently” changed. Called to see if they could do anything and they said their hands are tied and that my warranty had expired. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from here, completely unprofessional and full of deceit. 0/10 More
Brought 1500 in at 39000 miles for check engine light and frayed belt. Was told that the wiring harness for transmission was too short and they plugged back in should be fine. Paid to replace belt. I called the dealerships service department for warranty service. I was told on the phone I had a 1:00 appointment, I guess it was the following day. I got there and they told me the appt was at 1:30. I rea service. I was told on the phone I had a 1:00 appointment, I guess it was the following day. I got there and they told me the appt was at 1:30. I reassured them it was scheduled for 1:00, after driving 45 minutes to get there early. I was then told my vehicle wasn’t going to be looked at until 2:30. A diagnosis was going to take between 2 and 4 hours and if they needed parts they wouldn’t even be available that same day. Because I drove the vehicle there it wasn’t considered an emergency and no loaner vehicle would be available. Had I known all this information before driving 45 minutes to this dealership, I would have gone to a Chevrolet dealership closer to me………which I ended up doing the following day and was shuttled back and forth. Dimmitt…..TOTALLY inform your service customers of what may happen when someone comes for service. More

I asked for the 8 qt special at 64.95 and George instead gave me the 6 qt for 59.95 and charge my $15 per qt for additional 2. Then I told him service light was on for a brake booster issue which i replaced 2x and asked if he can he see if something else is causing light to come on, also i needed to know why my air was not blowing hot or cold. Well, all he did was run codes again for booster telling me what I told him the light was on for and charged me $89.99 for that and another 89.99 for the air not blowing hot or cold...then he said it would be $3200 to fix the climate control. about the $1200 in parts and rest labor. Then he told me i could not use any of the 89.90 diagnostic fees in repairing vehicle. I have never heard of a dealer not applying Diagnostic fees to repair if done. Rip Off!! I took to my wife's ex who ic certified GM mechanic. He told me the parts come out o $92,99 genuine GM parts new and the labor about 6 to 800 if what he told you was the true reason for the failure. Well, truth be said, he fixed the $3200 problem with an Hvac fuse; less than $5.00. Again stay away from George Zaroff and Dimmitt!! Unless you want to get Ripped Off!! More
Wish I could give a zero. Bought the new C8 Chevy Stingray from them about 6 weeks ago. As they are in very high demand, had to pay thousands over the sticker price. But that’s ok. It’s what I agreed to and that has nothing to do with the low rating. The problem was the dealership and their insistence that I “finance” it through them. Abe was the original F&I person I dealt with and he was very bad at his job. Couldn’t get anything right. I was trading in a 2018 C7 that was free and clear and I wanted to just write a check for the difference. They said they couldn’t honor the deal if I didn’t finance it. I told them I intended to pay it off as soon as I got the loan information so it didn’t make any sense to me why they would require me to go through with the financing. Especially as I figured they wouldn’t end up making any money from the loan. But whatever. However, after 4 plus weeks of calling them about who my loan had been placed with, they would never call me back and I never received a loan booklet. Finally after repeated (as in one or two messages a day for over a week), I got through the to F&I person (Haydee) that told me that she had talked to the sales manager and they were going to just do the deal as a cash deal and I could send them a check via overnight. So I did. However, I requested that she verify they received the check (it was a $60,000+ check) and that the amount was payment in full. Couldn’t get her to call or message me back. Finally after a week of this, I called and asked to talk to the Sales Manager, Bobby. He got the folk in accounting to verify that they had received the check and scan in a copy of the new “cash deal” contract so I have verification of the payment in full. Wow, just wow. They had the car I wanted and it is in very high demand so I put up with all of their hoops to get the car although ordinarily I would have walked away when they insisted on me financing it in the first place. However after 6 weeks of dealing with these folks, I can only say they acted like they had never sold a car before. And I never got anything remotely close to an apology for their lack of follow up and service. The only two folks at the dealership that at least seemed to give a reasonable amount of service was my original sales person who goes by “G” and Dan Sommers who is also Ins the finance department but had nothing to do with my deal. He did at least call me back a couple of times. I will NEVER, EVER do business with the dealership again and recommend that everyone else go somewhere else too! More
